Sylvia Cabeza is a State Farm Account Representative with Jim Breen Insurance in San Mateo. I signed on with State Farm three years ago, in part due to Sylvia's knowledgeable, timely answers when I was exploring a change. A more current example: I wrote to her yesterday — after hours — to ask how to temporarily add someone to my auto policy. I figured I'd hear back within a day, but Sylvia replied within eight minutes, explaining that I am covered by the permissive use clause in my policy. Being able to communicate with REAL PEOPLE was the primary reason I switched to State Farm. Once again, Sylvia has validated my decision.

Jim Breen and his team at State Farm are amazing! I have been with them for years now to ensure my homes, autos and motorcycles and they’ve always given me the best coverage at very competitive pricing. Jim’s staff is super responsive and they provide world class support anytime you need help. Rachel in particular has been great to work with for my last two renewals. I’d highly recommend Jim’s office if you’re in the market for a new insurance company - you won’t regret it.
