First off, let me just say, it is so refreshing to have an actual person on the phone for once. I must say the staff here are friendly and very knowledgeable.
I called with a few questions about different policies and quotes. The agent Dana, that helped me was very kind and patient. She took the time answering all my questions and made sure I didn’t need help with anything else. It was a was truly a pleasure speaking with her.

Drove down to find a line half way around the building. Found Bossa Nova listed as a partner on the DMV website. They took care of me in 15 minutes (And fixed a title issue - signature on the wrong line). No DMV Hell, easy parking, fast friendly service and reasonable pricing. Made an appointment with Terry the front desk representative to walk through and hand over my keys to Francis who was my vehicles point of contact. Both of them was professional and easy to talk to and when it came to an issue, Francis didn't shy away from taking care of it right away. When I arrived they took my name and there was only a very short wait before I was helped, everything went very smoothly.
