They don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails and when you try ask something to a clerk they are too busy ON THEIR PHONES WHILE DRIVING. I hope all the ports get automated soon. These union people are nothing but lazy and unhelpful.

Oh, a clee4 patrols s21, this one decriminates a lot to the people, yells at them ugly, and threatens them that he is going to take them out of the port.

They really get all trucks loaded, and out quickly. Major delays are rare these days.

The port is slow at this time of the year. So getting in and out is not a problem.

The clerks in white trucks have the worst attitude. You try to get some assistance or ask them a question, they flat out IGNORE you. These people are not grateful for their jobs. These workers need customer service training. They act like their not there to work. Leave your attitude at home, or you stay at home. Let grateful people have these jobs. Who regulates or governs these types of people. Most of the Port workers have bad attitudes and no customer service skills. They don't care about your time. They need a better operation you spend to much time waiting for them to do they job. The ports are mad houses. I need to escalate this complaint further. The ports make the truck operators rude and unprofessional. Whoever operates this yard and management the union needs to be evaluated and regulated. I will report this to the BBB. Port, rail yard workers are very ungrateful, unprofessional, I really can't believe how they act with the customers. Everyone not complaining about the same thing just because. This is why Robots will eventually have those jobs and you don't have to deal with attitude unprofessional service.

If you ever want to see why people are against unions come here. The sorry excuse of employed people in the yard will show you. If you see them sporting their little gang hats; ILWU you'll know exactly what to expect. Dog$hit attitude, no regard for other people's welfare, time or money. One day I'll be 100% done with drayage, and will be very glad. I'll be remembering this place for the rest of my life.

I would give this place an zero if I could. It's a flatbed driver. This place is unorganized, unsafe, and confusing to get loaded. Its also flat out dangerous. They don't care about your personal safety. It took hours to get loaded and Once finished , I was kicked out of the gate because it was the last appointment on Friday I suppose. I didn't receive any paperwork or instructions on what to do next. They didn't let me chain and strap inside and told me to do it outside the gate on the side of the road. There's no security out there and it's super dark. Los Angeles have all types of homeless people and criminals roaming around, especially at night and I was put in a vulnerable position having to secure my load in the dark like that. Of course I bet they don't want us to bring fireman's inside there facility but want us to be out in the dark securing our load. Ok, that sounds fair. This place is a joke and it's one of the most important places in America considering its a large shipping port located in one of the largest cities in the world. It's ran like a bad fast food restaurant or retail store. Total chaos!
