Great store with a professional & knowledgeable staff. I had a fantastic experience, I was greeted immediately, they handled all of my questions, and I was treated well, start to finish. Isidro, in particular, was amazing and extremely helpful, and knows his stuff. I'll be sure to be back if I need anything for my new cell phone.

At least at this store, you get only reps with either lack of knowledge or extremely poor customer service or a combination of both.They had me back and forth for weeks with nothing but giving me wrong information that made me switch providers, or rude attitude and lack of answers. Also, if they say they will check something and will let you know, FO NOT EXPECT THE CALL BACK. EVER!!!

Henry is a BOSS. Catch him in his T-Mobile pink Nikes. Very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. He took his time to resolve my issues and gave me solid advice for my benefit not his commission.

From my experience coming to this location, the customer service has been extraordinary. As soon as you walk into the store you are quickly welcomed by the staff.Anytime I have an issue with my phone or have questions I go to one specific employee, Edgar. He has been my go-to for the past 4 years because of his extensive knowledge on new phones. He is very educated and informed on new arrivals so anytime you have questions, he has the answers. I really recommend going to Edgar, he makes you feel comfortable every time and overall has such a positive attitude, even on days where they are super busy, he gives you the best service!

I wanted to pay a bill it was close to 5:pm. I was told that it was smokie in the backroom. So they couldn't let me in at that time, there was 5 customers inside plus 3 associates. If they were concerned about the smoke why did they all stay inside? I was told to come back tomorrow. I felt disrespected. San Pedro store on Gaffey. I won't go back to that T mobile store.

** Subsequent to the review below, a manager from a T-MOBILE store contacted me to ask for additional details about me store experience. The manager, I believe his named was Ernie was very apologetic and it was evident he wanted to resolve my concerns. In fact, he gifted me for my poor store experience. What i discovered during my conversation with the manager is T-Mobile store in question wasn’t his store. The store located in a strip mall near Western Ave and Park Western is the store in question. That particular store was formerly a Sprint store. Sorry for the confusion and for erroneously blasting the wrong store for poor customer service.**My experience at that location was horrible. I went into the store as directed by an online representative to obtain return labels for 2 phones I was planning to send back to TMobile. But the manager (he's Black and has long braided hair) told me I was given incorrect information by corporate. His reasoning was my account did not show that I canceled the phones I was trying to return. I assured him I canceled the purchase but he stood by his position. I was upset but i subsequently left the store so that I could contact customer service to get further clarity on how to remedy the situation.Later that afternoon after talking to customer service and obtaining guidance "once again". on how to resolve the matter, I returned to the store. I simply needed return labels to send two Galaxy Note 20 Ultra back to TMobile. As I entered the store, I could tell by the body language of the store representatives that they didnt want to see me again. This time I presented my issue in a clearer and concise manner. Additionally, I had a text message from the online customer service representative I talked with to support my issue. The notes on my account also supported my dilemma. However, once again the manager was reluctant to assist me and he rudely in front of me told his assistant why he couldn't assist me. But he ultimately asked for my phone number so he could access and view the notes on my account. Ironically, I received a callback from a representative from TMobile while i was in the store. The rep asked me if my problem was being resolved in the store. I said I believe so but I was not sure. All the while the manager and his assistant were adjacent to me. As I was talking to the online agent, she (the agent) asked me if she could talk to the store manager. My phone was in speaker mode so the manager certainly heard the agent's request. But the manager mumbled and said he didnt need to talk to the agent.After about 5 minutes of viewing the notes on my account, the manager asked to speak to the online rep. Finally after nearly 35 - 40 minutes in the store, the store manager printed two return labels and gave them to me. There was no apology for the time I wasted in the store. He did not display any concern or empathy towards my issue. He didnt even communicate with the online CS rep who was kindly still on the phone. The manager basically handed me the documents, I said thank you and left the store.The manager at that store is the model for poor customer service. He was rude, arrogant and unpleasant. I was ready to cancel my cellphone contract with TMobile at that moment. I didn't cancel but I'm giving it great consideration. I will not be returning to that location anytime soon. Service there is horrible and I hope the corporate office reads this post.
