As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by a staff member , he seemed to be a supervisor he was nice at first, I tried paying off my phone and also tried getting another phone with my plan, I was not able to get the name of the lady that helped me, she had very short straight black hair. When I was trying to pay off my phone I guess the amount I had on the app did not match with what she saw I needed to pay off, I was pretty disappointed about the false information on the app, or maybe I didn’t understand what I was reading.so I just ended up returning my phone and started my lease program again , the process itself was pretty smooth but the customer service was not really there and I’ve been working in costumer serve for years so I know , the lady’s voice was in a calm tone when talking to me but her body language was saying the opposite and she looked at me like she was annoyed at me when I was just trying to get informed ,and looked very unprofessional eating gum with her mouth opened while she was helping me. the guy that greet me when coming in jumped in and started to be alittle rude to my boyfriend when he was just trying to understand some phone plans and what the difference was, in between them.basically trying to shut him up and stop asking. I guess they were all in a bad mood but it will be the first and last time I’ll step foot in this store.

Nice personnel that're helpful with all the information needed to find the cell & internet plans that work best for them. Also very patient when you return to figure out how to make the service work best with the equipment they have.

Christian is not well trained. Does not know the basic difference between Google pixel 8 and 8 pro. NEVER go to him. You'll regret it. Go to someone more competent

The salesperson was very helpful I had to order a new phone and it only took two days for me to receive it now I'm just hoping that all my information is transferred without losing anything.

Me and my mom went to the TMobile in San Pedro on gaffey st on 4/07/23 - the service that we received was 100 percent professional absolute perfection from floor man Isidro N - He helped with a new phone , our account , new home internet device , rebates etc , his demeanor never changed , his professionalism has to be acknowledged - great service Isidro thx you

Considering my experience with T-Mobile service hasn't been great for a while now and all the stores seems to offer as a solution for my connection issues is a sim card change but at the end of the day can't blame the store reps for not solving all our issues we can only blame those in corporate making it bad for their employees and customersT-Mobile I do hope that you consider fixing your service issues before your competitors become your customers solution for the problems you won't and can't fixThank you .

If I could give a 100 stars for T-mobile'sInternet experience I would. After my family and I chose to first go to Boost and try out their Internet we ended up $50 less in our pocket and no Internet! I'm sorry T Mobile for choosing Boost over you guys.We called your customer service dept and the woman assured me it would require no extra plugs And it ended up being FREE it only took 5 min and Home Internet here we come.

I came into this T-Mobile after visiting two others who tried their hardest to help me with my complicated issue but couldn’t. After coming into this store though, Isidro N. helped me with a situation I thought would be impossible to solve!He was solution oriented, friendly, positive, efficient and above all extremely knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to resolve my issues with my account and with getting a new phone. Even with the millions and millions of questions I asked, he remained friendly and professional.As a former Sprint customer, I will definitely be recommending T-Mobile and this location in particular as a result of Isidro’s help. Thank you genuinely and keep up the great work.

I lost my phone last night, when I tried to locate it, T-Mobile wouldn't do anything, they needed to verify it was me, how do I do that with no phone? they wanted to send a text...duh! I justwent to place I went last night, and they had it. i have my phone back no thanks to T-Mobilei found it ! no thanks to tmobile!

I had an issue that required a manager, they said a manager would call me but there was no follow up, I call again and they said the manager would definitely call me this time. Still no call. Really disappointed…

I bought my Samsung smartphone here awhile ago, and yesterday I brought it back because I couldn't connect the charger. Right away, Andres took my phone and cleaned the connector of dust and a tiny piece of cardboard. Kudos

Horrible service!! came in and told them that I specifically wanted to get a syncup kids watch, the guy listed my name and made me wait for an hr, come to find out they didn't have any in stock. Ugh!
