Haven't gotten a survey from t mobile yet so I'll leave it here just in case. 5 outta 5 for both workers. A good manager will help advance the career of their subordinates, so please take this into consideration. Promote excellence in work ethic and effectiveness.”
“We had some issues with data transfer that became complicated. We made 2 separate appointments to accomplish the transfer. The verizon staff, specifically Yancy and Jaqueline, were so knowledgeable and patient with all the issues we had. Even when the store was closing they took an extra couple minutes out of their time to help us. I cannot recommend this store high enough based on our customer service experience.”
