I purchased a car charger and cable at this store and was told to keep the receipt. Neither worked and I spent $12.90 for each. I kept the receipt and the next day called the store to try to get a refund. While I understand why the store would want me to bring the items in with the receipt, I was traveling and was located more than 100 miles away. What really upsets me is the way I was treated after wasting $25.80 on something they obviously knew probably wouldn't work. Why are they selling it? And can't they at least be pleasant and apologize?
