My husband and I went into Big lots to use the restroom and he can't get door open to the men's restroom, so, I went in the women's, there was NO seat covers nNO toilet paper and NO paper towels for me and when we got out we did a little shopping and walked around the store, and stuff was on the floor, empty shelves and dusty, very dirty store, and I didn't see any employees on the floor very unpleasant. didn't buy anything because the cashier was taking her sweet time and I walked out and people were behind me too . SHAME ON BIG LOTS VERY DISAPPOINTED

Horrible Customer Service! If you need anything you'll have to find it yourself. Employees were not very nice. It seemed like they don't want to help you at all, like it wasn't part of their job description. ?

Great store, great employees. But know your area and Other stores. Just yesterday, I purchased 5 cheap Steralite goodsized tubs (lids barely snap on to the bins) at Target for $5 each and a Set of (2) smaller bins for $5+. This morning I got an email from Big Lots saying sale on storage bins. So I went in. They are $1-2 More than at Target! The clear plastic with purple handles are on sale at Target for $7 while Big Lots has them for $8+. I thought the whole point behind Big Lots was they were supposed to be cheaper than places like Target. I wound up still getting some good sized bins for $5.50 but still, are they trying to equate themselves to a place like Target? And even when I said something about it (not that I'm looking to harp on price matching or anything and I didn't even ask for it (Unlike the woman returning a 'too expensive' blanket and talking to 4 different people, expecting a discount because she was honest when she came In with the blanket and didn't try to swindle them out of any money) but it would have been nice to have a deal offered knowing that a place like Target is selling the same items for up to $2 less. But not a big deal. Just word to the wise - check the deals everywhere before you decide Big Lots or any other store has the "best" deal because that's not always the case. And you Could save yourself some money!
