They have nothing but idiots working Every single time I go they never ever have what I need .. they send me to other locations this is the fourth day I go to try to activate a phone I bought from boost Mobile off there website!!! They couldn't active it They said they don't have the sims card "THE PHONE COMES WITH A SIM CARD!!!!! she didn't even bother to look whatever I'm already running late to work so on my way to work I found another small business that works with boost I explained to the guy what has Happen he opens the f****** phone and says all new phone u purchase comes with a Sim already! At this point I'm over f****** boost and this is a coprate store! The only reason I bought a phone because my phone was not working for a week! they blamed the Sim card so for about a week straight I been going back and forth they send me all the f****** Sprint stores because they can't do anything there and Sprint sends me back! This is pathetic T-Mobile here I come! No sirven para nada !!!!!

I came here with my phone and it had a cracked screen on it and I met the manager there Kevin and he helped me out he was able to get me a phone on Payments and I got a new iPhone XR it was awesome this store is amazing.

If you're thinking about switching to Boost be warned, you are bound for one year. They advertise as a month-to-month service, but your phone is locked for a year. That means, if you decide to switch carriers, you will be unable to do so. I switched to Boost about 5 months ago. I bought a brand new sprint phone, cash, to activate on Boost. Activation went smooth and things were rolling. After some time we were unable to make calls, receive calls, or text from our home. Turns out the network is poor in Mission Viejo and surrounding areas. Eventually the network stopped responding altogether with one of the phones on the plan. We were forced to go to another provider. We switched to T-Mobile after finding out our phones were compatible. T-mobile sent us the chip to insert into our phones that would activate it on the T-Mobile network. However, because Boost locked our phones we are unable to switch providers. Mind you, I have already paid for T-Mobile service. Now we have no phones to use and told me I have to wait a year to get unlocked. This is a terrible company with even worse coverage. You've been warned.

Great deals great prices. Have had boost for over a year and never had a problem with service area. Saving around $200 a month compared to old Verizon. Have to go to Santa Ana because stores in my area suck.

Came to boost mobile to dump my old carrier and was greeted by an attentive staff. Despite it being 30 minutes before closing and them being hit by a rush everyone was very pleasant. Joseph was able to help us out and get the transition started with the switch. Boost offers great deals to people switching so definitely left happier then when we arrived. Thanks again!

Wouldn't do return . Policy states 7 days and my girlfriend whom bought the phone needed to return the phone that couldn't get adequate service and was refurbished got charged 799 where ads say 599 and and got given the run around when she wanted her money back . They stated because it was paid with debit they couldn't return her money . What kind of bs is that ? She had receipt box and phone was unscathed. They wouldnt even look at the receipt. Nor even try to help her. They got defensive which I'm still confused about but fairly sure they knew they got one over on her and didn't wanna give money back . They said to call boost corporate and corporate is saying to get the store to handle it . They are pointing fingers at each other and no one wants to help. Go with t Mobil or att don't go with sprint or boost especially the one in Santa and off harbor . The 2 owners are of no help unless they are selling you a refurbished phone for new phone prices

i'm not going to be nice, this phone company, suck's big dick's, there phone's don't work and there warranty on there phone's don't work there staff don't know what there doing, my girlfriend is in the hospital and the boost mobile will not help fix the problem's with her phone she's in the hospital, who see's this message she needs all your help to fix these problems, if not boost mobile is a peace of s*** and there company and i will tell everyone i see that boost mobile is a very bad company you guys are the worst cellphone company i ever been with and i hope everyone see's this i'm calling the channel 7 news company on this problem. now i'm very upset with this problem, my girlfriend's in the hospital don't anyone care about this. please help us with this problem. god bless you
