Terrible service and racist bias. Came in to pay my phone bill at the same time as another guest. The other party informed me I was able to go first because I simply had a payment to make versus him having to get a new phone process. The other party also told the guy at the desk he was able to help me first and he said no. Had me wait when he wasn't assisting the other party as they were working on putting in SIM cards on their own. I waited until he was able to assist me. I then asked to speak to the manager and asked if he was here and he said yes. As soon I asked he then was able to assist me. I asked again to be assisted by the manager and he then said he was the "manager ". My girl friend then simply spoke with him in Spanish and asked where was the manager because he told us we can speak with him or her and suddenly he became the manager. She also asked why he couldn't help me when my process was simple and the other guest told me to go first. He disregarded the question and said do you need to pay or not. She told him what was the issue if other guest allowed me to go first and he then proceeded to charge at her in anger and disregarded every question, moving , clapping his hands at her. What a terrible experience. He should not be working customer service when he doesn't exceed any service skills, especially working with a diverse clientele. Boost mobile needs to act on this situation before this continues to occur, I will no longer be giving my service here.

I can't even give this place a star. After waiting like 10 minutes watching this guy ignore me.. I tell him I need some help clearing some possible virus off my phone. He doesn't even LOOK at my phone and tell me I have to buy a new phone!! What a lazy j**** Found another boost mobile and he proptly fixed my issue and got a tip from my boyfriend. I will refer the 800 South Harbor Boost to everyone... This Boost on Bristol is NOT worth your time!!!

The reason I put one star to this Boost Mobile its because of this one employee named Eric apart from being rude to me I saw that he was kind of intoxicated while helping customers so I don't know why Boost Mobile will hire such employee
