Adrian & Jose from C3 Tech were on time, professional and had great customer service during the removal and installation of our new printer/copier/fax machine. They were very friendly and took time to explain the newest features the printer has. I appreciated their professionalism.

Their tech James is great. Fast and efficient. He came out to fix an error with our copier. He explained what was going on and got our machine up and running. I have confidence in C3 due to wonderful service he provides at our company's facility each and every time.

James Juan came to our office and was able to fix our printer. We had business that needed to be addressed ASAP. He was able to help and mKe sure all of it was up and running. He was nothing but polite and made sure everything went well.

Our nonprofit uses C3 and I can't say enough about them. They are truly excellent. We have had them onsite multiple times to assist with various IT needs and I don't ever want to work with anyone else! Do yourself a favor and use C3!

I have dealt with C3 for over 10 years and they have always been knowledgeable, Professional, Organized, Fast Reliable Service and everyone is very nice. They installed a new copier today (11/01/2021) and worked with My IT Company. It was very smooth and my IT Company said they would love to work with a company like C3 all the time.

We have been working with C3 on our two new SHARP Printers for a little over a year and since Charlie Dederich took over our account, nothing has been short of amazing!As far as maintenance goes, every machine will need help from time to time and Dennis always makes us a priority to come and assist with any maintenance errors. He is extremely knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to explain why certain errors are happening so we can avoid them in the future.
