Great, quick and efficient service all around. Ursella...? My gosh I'm horrified I'm going to butcher her name, was incredibly knowledgable and helpful when we arrived at the location. RJ welcomed us when we got back. We had a few questions about the rental and he was incredibly helpful. These people make you feel like they actually like their job and are happy to see you.Highly recommend them!

I frequent the Susan street location regularly. The staff there are amazing. Harry,Janna,Jarely,Kalie and Miguel have been helping me keep my business moving forward for the past 2+years. Enough can't be said for their timeliness and reliable service.

Extremely smooth operation. I was in and out in a few minutes. The team over there was on it. Would definitely recommend this branch to somebody who is looking to rent a big a&$ truck like I did.

Great place to rent a truck. I'm a long standing customer of this place ( on Susan Street). I had a truck reservation and people who rented same truck before me did not return it on time. I want to give shout to Katlyn (pardon if name misspelled), who were very professional and found me same truck from different location. Outstanding customer service!
