This is the most unprofessional, apathetic FedEx staff I have ever encountered. I had to cancel a same-day Saturday cross-country flight, despite the documents being delivered on Wednesday. The woman working on Friday and Saturday insisted I had no clue what I was talking about, despite me having had 3 different conversations with the staff prior. When I tried to explain this and that I needed these documents to get on the plane, she told me I could come back in on Monday and deal with the manager. (Again, my flight was on Saturday.) I’m so upset right now.She told the woman ahead of me that she would not help her get the price of a shipment because there was only 15 minutes left and it would “take too long” to get pricing information.

DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE. They charge your Credit card or Debit card a minimum of $10 even if you have a receipt for $1.45. This cannot be legal. After checking my bank statement today online, I noticed a $10 FedEx charge. I went to my receipt and it was for 1.45. When I called this FedEx office, I was told that was their procedure, and that after 48 hours it would drop off. In the meantime a $10 hold is put on my account. My bank is filing a formal complaint as this is not standard merchant behavior. Perhaps this is this particular franchise who is floating the customers money? THE UPS STORE up the street does not do this. This is outrageous, what about the low income person who does not own a printer and is held hostage for $10 when they made a $0.17 photocopy? If this has happened to you, contact the Consumer Protection Bureau, your bank, and the California Department of Consumer Affairs and put a stop to this FedEx apparently floating your money and affecting your bank balance.

Early in January, I ordered a year's supply of hair coloring through Rite Aid's website. They ship through FedEx. My order was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days, or Jan. 10-12. I didn't get my package, so I went on FedEx's site to track my package. It was being held in their distribution center in Anaheim. I contacted FedEx, and boy do I hate to deal with robots! Not very useful in helping me! I got a postcard, saying they had tried three times to deliver my package, and they said they weren't able to. Yes, I live in a gated apartment complex, but I've had no problem with Amazon getting in, so what's their problem? On the 17th, I got a text from them saying my package would be delivered on the 18th, by the end of the day. I stayed home; it never came. I called the number on the postcard, and they were very apologetic, but insisted they weren't able to deliver it to my apartment. He suggested that I have it delivered to another FedEx location, which I did. But their website is chaotic and a pain to deal with. I went to the nearest pickup location, and they said it wasn't there yet. This despite he site saying that when you arrange for another place for your package to be picked up, it takes 24 for them to make the change! This morning I FINALLY got a text saying it was ready to pick up, but the weird thing is, it said it would be ready Jan. 24! What is this, the Twilight Zone? Anyway, I called, they said they didn't have it, but there were two more trucks expected in today. An hour later, I got a text that MY PACKAGE IS THERE FOR PICKUP!!!! THREE WEEKS LATE!!!! So I went and got it. It had a hole on the side of the box where someone had obviously kicked it, but everything was okay. I was raised that if you're going to do something, either do it right or don't do it at all! FedEx would do well to follow that advice! I ordered my hair color through Rite Aid because the site offered great prices --$2.99 a box, when the sale price in the store is 2 for $7. Nevertheless, I think next year I'll get my hair coloring from Amazon. I hope Rite Aid drops FedEx like the trash it is.

I asked for a worker to print something out for me behind the counter, which takes at most 1 minute, during a non rush time. No one else was in the store of 3 workers, 2 of which were on there phone leaning on the counter. They've always been happy to print something for me at other locations so I'm not sure why it was different here. He insisted I go to the self print machine which ended up not working. Took 10mins to finally do what I had originally asked and could have avoided the whole ordeal. If anyone cared to do there job instead of being LAZY and relying on self service machines, I could've been out of the store in a minute a happy customer.Bad customer service, bad location, bad parking.Omfg the parking.Don't come here the one on Bristol is 1000x better.

Better than UPS! Stopped in to drop off a package, there was no line, one worker and ample parking. The lady at the counter was really nice and I literally came in 2 minutes before closing and she wasn't rude about it. Definitely convenient since it's off the 5 and 22 freeways, next to the Habit Grill, Mother's Market and Olive Garden.

Honestly this is the worst location I've been to and I've been to alot of them. Awkward parking to begin with. Tiny location. They have 2 self service machines. The one I used had to he serviced twice while I waited. Also it opens late

I've been to this location in the past and customer service was very good but that seems to have changed. I went today to print a few things and to by some supplies. I went to the designated safe distance marker and there was one person ahead of me. The person at the counter acknowledged me and said she would help next. There was one other person working on a computer. Over the next several minutes three more people came out from the back. The last person was the only one that helped customers in the store. He ignored me and helped someone who had just walked up to to a barrier on the counter. Another person walked up behind that person and he started to help that person as well. At that point I left the store. I found the behavior of the staff at this store today to be very rude. I won't be back. UPS and Staples still provide good customer service in this area.

One associate helping out a handful of waiting customers. Not to mentiont hat this associate was a new hire. So she was definitely slow. Took me about 40 minutes just to pick up an online order pick up that I had requested. Should have been easy but she made it very difficult. Pro tip... Have multiple store associates throughout the day, especially if you're gonna plan to leave a new hire by herself. Train her more!

They removed the self-service paper cutter due to COVID-19. They charge ~$2 for them to use their laser cutter, which Stef unfortunately doesn’t know how to use.

Cool little store. Associates didn't attempt to ask if I needed assistance when struggling with the copy machine while store was empty but I got it going. It's pretty easy but still they saw me struggling lol.Update: chimps would do a better job than these employees.
