I picked a Henry R-Tech foam around 3:30PM, which is too big for my car. I came to the cutting center for help, assuming some cuts would make it do. Since nobody was there, I asked a white big guy twice for help and twice he reponded with an arrogant attitude, saying the nobody there for cuts. I raised the matter to a lady in the self-checkout area and finally they showed up in the cutter area: a white, a brown, and a black. However they ignored me, who was there first. It's when I spoke up for service, the black guy wound up speaking to me - just to hostily say , “We cannot cut.” I realized it's a techincal matter, but what mattered to me was his harsh and uncivilized attitiude. When I asked him to find a solution for the foam too big for my car, he coldly shaked his head. After spending more than an hour wating, I ended up with utter frustration and bitterness, encountering uncultivated guys and uncultivated guys.

Also the lady head of paint department doesn’t know what the heck she’s talking about. Definitely never been a professional painter.
Got my notification my order is ready for pickup then they out of the blue canceled my in-store pickup oder after a few days before I was able to pick it up. Now it's sold out. Totally screwed up my timeline.

I actually love Home Depot and I'd give them 5 stars any other day, but this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed before innocent people are victim.
I rented a home depot box truck for a few hours, and when I brought it back the guy asked me if I had crashed into a wall and I said no, and he said there's damage on the front right bumper, so I check and there was damage and white paint scraped along the front.
Luckily I always do before videos before renting cars so I proved to the guy that it was there before I took it and he failed to notice it when he inspected it.
But what if I didn't have proof? Do I have to pay to replace a $2k bumper of a box truck?
I don't know if the guy knew about it or not, but regardless, someone will fall victim to this and I believe it's criminal to blame and charge someone for something they didn't do whether you know it was them or not.
They need to be aware of all damage before giving you a car.
