From JC Penney following Sears, with Macy's and Nordstrom not far behind; to Wal-Mart following K-Mart with Target following in their steps; to the sad, sad, state of once iconic clothing brands such as Ralph Lauren, Brooks Brothers and Land's End retail shopping is getting harder and harder. Poor customer service, deteriorating facilities, a public that dresses almost exclusively in tennis shoes, shorts, and sweats it's in, I'm afraid, the proverbial death spiral where nothing short of the proverbial miracle can safe it.

This is a very unfortunate and sad review. JCPenney has gone down hill for a long time but it's reached the bottom. I went and saw Tupperware for "sale" on one of the counters, only it had old food remnants in it. There is nothing even somewhat fashionable worth buying. Sephora got replaced by a cheap makeup area. And the last time I went to the salon, they treated me so disrespectfully and my hair looked horrible. I hope that this is not the general experience for every single person who has the displeasure of going there, but I know I am not the only one. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere for shopping, hair care, and cleanliness.

I rather put inferno hot sauce in my urethra than go to the mall.. but the staff was helpful and i found what i was looking for, so i can't complain.

Why bother keeping this store open? It looks like a store that has been looted - hardly anything on the sheves(mens shoes). Messes everywhere. The employees don't care and are too few to take care of customers.

I really like that they bring down online orders to your car. Being disabled, it helps me out more than I can explain. Once there, the delivery to my car has always been fast and pleasant.
