Workers here are super entitled. Sitting down all the time anf such lazy people. Old lady is such a Karen only friendly when you buy stuff but when you choose to buy somewhere different they treat you differently too

Visited several jewelry locations today, wasn't really expecting to make a purchase.
Met a few hard-to-deal with, in-your-face salesmen, and I wasn't going to go to Kevin Jewelers but I figured why not, I was passing by on my way out.
Then I met Monique, the nicest, most genuine person. Very easy to just have a conversation with, we discussed price range, esthetics, metals, karats, she listened to my ideas and concerns, showed me options, and let me do my thing.
Next thing I knew, I was leaving with a bag in hand.
I keep looking at the ring at home, I am so happy with my purchase.

Joy helped me over at this location and she, as well as the rest of the staff, was so kind! We couldn’t find what we were looking for but she later stopped me and gave us a free item as a gift that was EXACTLY what we wanted. It made our whole day!
