Amazing customer service. I was welcomed by Jhoy and she helped me find exactly what i was looking for. Amazing personality and super friendly. Brandon and their manager, Lita, were also friendly and super helpful. (Went in with the intention of only buying one ring, came out with 2 rings, a watch and a pair of ear rings)10/10 would highly recommend

Jhoy helped me pick out a gift for my boyfriend's upcoming birthday. She was very sweet and so helpful. She also was able to find me a gift that was in my budget. I would highly recommend this place to anyone finding gifts for their loved ones as they demonstrate through their awesome employee's great service.

Emily (Store clerk) was very professional, received great customer service, it was my first purchase in the store and she was very helpful. She was also super sweet and gave us a small gift. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I would check JC Penny first as they have diamond sales on a weekly basis. However The service here was great. Maria was very friendly. I walked out with a very beautiful promise ring and I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. She also mentioned that when I’m ready to purchase the engagement ring that I could print this purchase and it will go towards the big engagement ring. Very nice people here. I found a bigger Diamond at J.C penny for the same price, so I would definitely check at J.C penny first because they will not accept my purchase as a return even though I bought it the same day.

My girlfriend and I went to the mall today in search of promise rings for one another. We stopped in Kevin Jewelers as it was the first store we spotted. Immediately Jhoy greeted us with the most infectious energy! She pointed us in the direction of the rings and quickly started suggesting styles we were looking for. Within the first 5 rings we tried on, we found the ones we walked out with. We felt like we had to check other jewelry stores as Kevin Jewelers was our first stop, but they simply didn’t compare. Within all of 15 minutes we were back in Kevin Jewelers picking up where we left off. Jhoy made us feel so welcomed, excited, and comfortable throughout the whole process. You don’t find customer service like that these days. The team was so helpful and we walked out with the most genuine smiles on our faces! All the thanks in the world to Jhoy!

My husband and I were walking through the mall and decided randomly to stop in Kevin Jewelers. Emily’s customer service was great!! It made a difference with my purchase. She was direct with pricing but with genuine attention that gave me a warm feeling of her really trying to meet my expectations. I am glad I came over to this store instead of the competitor next door.
