Bought a used stove from them, but it's a 2022, and the front panel went out within their warranty period, 90 days. I called to have it repaired and they never ever got back with me! Go somewhere else if you are at all concerned about customer service. What's wrong with these people? Must not care if their business fails, and it should.Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

I feel these negative reviews are fake! This store was highly recommend by my neighbors. Purchased a new open box refrigerator does have small dent but that's perfectly fine with me got it at a great price. Delivery was quick and easy! Will definitely come back for more appliances and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!

Bought stove refrigerator and dishwasher they don't stand behind their warranty. Theyll never call you back. They lied about making a couple appointments to fix the stove never showed up. Horrible customer service not worth the savings.

Run. I got a fast response on offer up to purchase this Bertazzoni speed oven. They offered to deliver to San Diego for free. The communication was great. My contractor just finished the install and it smells like burning electrical and does not work. No one will answer phone calls. Scam, run. I'm out $900 and now will have to use my own time and money to somehow dispose of it and hire someone else to install another. I'll be reporting them to the attorney general and the BBB. The person who sold it to me was Natalie and the person who delivered it and I paid was Edgar Olvera.

we purchased a new "under factory warranty" SMEG Refrigerator from Home Goods and it worked 5 months and quit, October 2022, SMEG came out and said equipment and been replaced with non SMEG parts and now voids factory warranty, it's been 6 months and still nothing from Home Goods, I've threatened small claims court but still no refrigerator, absolutely the worst experience ever!Red & Carrie Barrett

This is no longer an outlet for Home Goods, although the signage doesn't make that clear. The store is actually the length of 3 stores, but I was surprised to see that two of the stores were filled with cardboard boxes, most which had been collapsed. The main (only open) store was packed with furniture that was obviously seconds or from years' past. One could not walk through the store, all of the furniture was packed so closely together. The taste level was horrible; fake looking gold items, over sized leather seats (black and white) or purple velvet couches. Worst of all, the prices were still high! There were certainly no bargains here.

I had the great pleasure of meeting this gentleman, Erick through Facebook. He was very attentive to the needs of my parent's custom home - we had 30+ year old appliances with custom cabinetry. Not only did he deliver exactly what he said he would - he removed, installed, and did the haul away! Couldn't ask for a better job! Can't wait for him to outfit my bar area, outside bbq! They sold me a broken stove the said they ordered brackets and never did. I noticed a smell from the stove so I called the gas company to inspect it and they said it was dangerous to use tagged it and shut it off because it's leaking gas! Don't buy from them unless you want your house to blow up!!!

This company sells on Offer Up and does not honor their 90 day warranty. They sold me a refrigerator that stopped working in 3 days. It had a 90 day warranty so I assumed I was protected. They were given an opportunity to fix the problem which they tried once. Fridge still does not work. Now they are completely ignoring my calls and messages in Offer Up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Terrible. The women who sell under this company on Offer Up are Jessica and Stephanie. BEWARE.
