Bought a used stove from them, but it's a 2022, and the front panel went out within their warranty period, 90 days. I called to have it repaired and they never ever got back with me! Go somewhere else if you are at all concerned about customer service. What's wrong with these people? Must not care if their business fails, and it should.Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

They sold me a broken stove the said they ordered brackets and never did. I noticed a smell from the stove so I called the gas company to inspect it and they said it was dangerous to use tagged it and shut it off because it's leaking gas! Don't buy from them unless you want your house to blow up!!!

This company sells on Offer Up and does not honor their 90 day warranty. They sold me a refrigerator that stopped working in 3 days. It had a 90 day warranty so I assumed I was protected. They were given an opportunity to fix the problem which they tried once. Fridge still does not work. Now they are completely ignoring my calls and messages in Offer Up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Terrible. The women who sell under this company on Offer Up are Jessica and Stephanie. BEWARE.

This place is a complete fraud. Staff is so un professional the owner buy and sells refrigerators that don't work. Since they refuse to not give me my refund I will have to take the next legal action with this on going problem need to be put to a stop.

They Just started stocking up with new and open Box Appliances bought a pair of washer and dryer from them and they are absolutely wonderful and they had Manufacturer which was a plus for a huge discount!!

I would give a half star if I could. I bought a refrigerator which stopped working two weeks after delivery. They took a week to come out and fix it based on their 90 day warranted. Three weeks later it stopped working again. This time, I lost all of my groceries and they took another week to come out to fix the exact same problem. I asked them to replace the fridge with one that isn't broken. It was advertised as working. They said they would replace it if it stopped working a third time. Sure enough, the fridge stopped working a third time. They won't even pick up the phone or text me back now...

Please Read Before doing business with these people. We purchased a washer and dryer set a couple months ago and have onging problems with with the dryer. This company does not have the ability or knowledge to repair appliances, nor should they be in the business of selling them. I had a Samsung certified representative come to our home and try to repair the unit, but he could not due to the dryer being modified or improperly worked on, basically he said that this retailer switched the manufacture tag or panels because the model number and serial did not match their Samsung records on file, he said it was fraudently sold to us. Once he looked on the inside of the unit, there was wires taped together, zip tied wires with incorrect connectors and overall looked extemely bad. This has been all documented by Samsung and when I reached out to the retailer, they would not take responsibility. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Was sold a fridge that was claimed to be new with no damage from Carla on OfferUp. Was delivered and upon inspection was damaged. Was told by Tony and Jessica that they would return to replace damaged doors. Since install there has been NO communication and the date scheduled to do work there was a no show. I have called multiple times and left messages without return communication. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

BEWARE OF SCAM! Wish I would have seen their Yelp page before giving them $900 for a faulty stove. Found them on OfferUp. Same story as everyone else, they say they have a warranty and then block you're number.

Bought my new LG fridge from them a little over a year ago and so far everything has worked properly. Got a killer deal on a new maytag top load set and had them delivered same day ! I had ordered the same set on Home Depot but the delayed delivery was getting ridiculous. Very satisfied and will be telling friends & family :) thanks guys !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They sold me a broken refrigerator that never even worked. They took my broken refrigerator for a fee, and they most likely will sell my old frig to someone else without fixing it like the one they sold me. I called them asking for my money back and asked them to come pick up the broken frig, and all I got was the run around. Do not waste your money, or time on this company, it's a scam.

I like this company, the sellers are responsive and they do same day delivery which I needed!! They were nice to me & they have great appliances at great prices !!!! Would recommend!
