your employees need to be educated on public photography instead of making the company look bad on having the police and helicopter on scene in violating someone rights. do better and be educated!!! the video makes the company look bad and those people should be fired!

You guys saw the 1 star review by Lindsey below for making a reservation online in advance and when showing up, they say they do not have the truck?The something happened today. It seems they do not listen, thus no change.If you made an online reservation, then you gotta cross your finger because you may not get it.

I usually stop for gas for my trucks at this spot but at times they have this guy that won't use both sides of the terminal to fill up, if there's two trucks waiting to be filled up he rather use one terminal he moves slow, works slow.. You want to get trucks in and out. They definitely need to get some one that gets things moving ..30 minutes waiting for a fill up is ridiculous....

They are so helpful the manger also gave me a free box after buying 5 boxes were cheap cheaper then U-Haul even got a moving truck this is my second time getting a rental truck from them and no complaints or any complications I very much recommend the one in Tustin you are so helpful so nice I am very pleased with the service

The truck was clean and convenient for its size. It was also eazy to drive. Their employees were very courteous and professional. I loved that they open at 7:00 am. Absolutely recommended, if you need a truck.

Accidentally left my iPhone on the seat when night dropping truck, saw it on the seat, but had already locked truck and put keys in drop box. I showed up when they opened the next day and they stole my phone, claiming what else could they do. Just lie about it, beware.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do you need a truck rental? Do you have somewhere to be? Do you have people all lined up to help you? Do you have a schedule to keep? RUN AWAY from Penske! I reserved a truck 5 days in advance that had a hydraulic lift gate (moving something heavy). My husband shows up and NOBODY was there. It was lunch time. He waited 45 minutes for this employee to get back from his lunch break only to tell him he didn’t have the truck we reserved. So he told my husband he’ll call around to see if anyone else has one. Oops someone calls the Penske office. So now my husband is waiting 20 minutes for this lame employee to schedule SOMEONE ELSES reservation for 4 days later. Ok finally he’s off the phone… we need a truck, we have people waiting for us. Oops, another phone call to Penske. 10 minutes later, he’s off the phone. He FINALLY finds a truck with a hydraulic lift gate that’s an additional 30 minutes further away than where we are going.I love Seinfeld. Great show. But living a Seinfeld episode is extremely annoying.RUN AWAY FROM PENSKE! DON’T LOOK BACK! Just run. Run Forrest, Run!
