Keeping this short, I thought this was a great place. Came here with my boyfriend for some holiday shopping, getting gifts for myself, him, and my best friends Love all the replica swords and the knives they sold. The one I got for my boyfriend worked really well. They also have a lot of anime figurines and Funko Pops. I came when they had a sale, and it was worth it. Their figures are already pretty affordable to begin with, so I especially enjoyed their BOGO 50% off deal. Perfect shopping for myself and some friends Bonus: They accepted my $100 bill! That's a neat convenience I get for paying almost $100, anyway

I have spend a few thousand dollars here in the past. I went this last Sunday and found a knife that I liked. When I purchased it they looked up in my account and found I had a $20 reward and applied it to the knife. It was a $300+ knife so it was a small percent but hey why not. I received a call from the manager about 30 minutes later that they were not supposed to apply the rewards to the knife since it was final sale but they did not need me to come back in or anything. I realized they had no reason to call me and maybe he should just train his staff better. The fact that he called me just to say they can't do that again but leave it at that just left me feeling annoyed. Like why call me anyways. Not going back to this place and they just lost a customer. It sounds like their management is the problem.

Today I had a bad experience with an employee. I went into the store to buy a pack of gaming cards and kindly asked her if I could choose my packs and she rudely responded no , due to senseless reasons.It looked very unprofessional to be rude to a customer .I will no longer plan to shop there.

I've been to few other Pure Blades locations before and by far this one have a very unwelcome vibe, I'm letting it slide since I felt like the girl who helped me might of been new (maybe wasn't trained properly for the customer service position) because I, myself worked in customer service for over 15 years, I know how to use the proper word to ask a certain questions. My friends and I looked at few knives, on every item we looked at, her question was "are you going to buy this" rather than asking "are you ready to checkout". Just like most other reviews, this place don't like you browsing around if you're not planning on buying anything. Now on to the part that caused this place to deserve my one star review. Made a purchase here on 2/9/23, the switchblade knife seem defected, came back today (2/15/23) asked for an exchange, they said I need the original box for it, it was very disappointing since I wanted to support some local business. I'm willing to give them a chance to make it right and help me with the exchange with the review, other than that, I'm not supporting this business any longer.

Just like other previous reviews have said, the customer service here can be pretty abysmal. There's were two female employees when I went a few days ago. One of them had black hair and the other had dyed hair with red in it. The employee with dyed hair was so condescending and rude to me. She made me and my friends feel dumb for asking questions. When I made a mistake on one of the anime sword replicas they had, she felt the need to cut me off and start off with the stereotypical "ACTUALLY..." and correct me in the most condescending tone that just made my skin crawl and then topped it off with "I work here so I would know because I have to know about these things." I swear my soul left my body and I couldn't tell if I was embarrassed myself or embarrassed for her because she felt the need to one up a customer on anime knowledge of all things lol. One of my other friends also asked if they had stock of a different sword and again, she just cut him off in the same rude tone and made him feel dumb for asking (as if he's supposed to just KNOW what's in stock) I will say though, the other black haired employee was so nice and approachable in comparison, I stan her. Anyway, my friends ended up buying some replica swords for Tengen from Demon Slayer. They didn't realize until a few days after they made the purchase though that they actually sell two different versions of his swords for some reason???? They found the other version on the website. The one they bought in store here is actually just the wrong color completely and the wrong size proportions in comparison to what's shown in the anime. Not sure what the point in having two different versions of the sword is, but I can understand their frustration now that they know there's a better version of the one they bought. Had they known the other version existed they would've just bought that one. I left a screenshot of the site showing the two below. Overall, I just wouldn't recommend this place other than just to browse. While I was there I saw some pretty notable bootleg anime figures too from Death Note and Sailor Moon. All figures are marked up there too just as a heads up. Im only giving two stars bc of the one nice employee we had the brief joy of interacting with. If it weren't for her it'd be one star. :)

Great place and the people really nice. Maria an employee was really kind helping me find what I was looking for. She was nice showing me around. I’ll definitely recommend it if you starting an animated collection to check it out its worth it.

Store got disrespectful Employees. Maria and Frank are their names. Won’t be going to this store anymore. Don’t recommend going there. Prices of product is way too expensive.
