I don't usually write reviews for grocery markets however, this review goes towards an employe by the name of Michael. I decided to get grocery's really late ate night. While me and my fiancé were waiting he instantly provided assistance. We wanted the jumbo shrimp which was sold out. We asked if perhaps they had more in the back, Michael from the seafood/ meat section went out of his way to go check, he could of said no we are all out just like anyone else would have said. however, he gladly went to check and brought back enough shrimp for us. We were very delighted with his great service & his bubbly personality. If anyone goes to this location make sure to ask for ("Michael")

On September 21st, 2022 I went to the Superior Supermarket located at 17street in Santa Ana, CA 92705 and after paying for my merchandise I proceeded to the parking lot and discovered that I had left my car keys on the ignition. I went back to the store and ask to talk to the manager and this lady told me not worry and took position of my cart while I contacted the AAA. The mechanic showed up quite soon and took care of my problem. I went to the store to get my cart and this wonderful lady went to the back of the store where the merchandise is kept and brought my cart in a safe and courteous manner. I cannot begin to tell you folks about how incredibly happy that made me, so, I just wanted to share this event with you folks and present my gratitude to Maria Flores. MARIA, you are just sensational and God Bless you. Your new friend Rocky

1st off the lines are toooo long & it's over crowded! But today 3/9 @ 3:26pm I'm eating these lil bread thingy with strawberry and what not. Maybe a Tres Leches cake in a cup but whatever as I'm tryna enjoy it this long plastic thing is in the middle of the bite I'm about to put in my mouth! Now WTF is this it looks like plastic but ewwww it's sick what's wrong with this place. I am gonna take my pics to the store and show them this! And if u work there and is reading this let ur manager or bakery peeps no!!
