Another STAPLES with more employees inside it than customers. And they still have down sections of the store and the bathrooms are out of order. I bet they are either gonna close this location by '25.

I had no problems finding what I need and for me, I reach out to associates if I need help. I like to be able to get items when I need it when time is the essence.

Oscar was super helpful and patient with my fiance and I today. He took the time to help us pick a desk and a chair, didn't pressure us to get the insurance but made us realize it would be good for us since we have cats and then kindly waited for me to sign up for the app to get points on the purchase.

UPDATE: I called back and spoke with Cynthia in the printing dept. What a difference. Very polite. Very helpful. She'll get it done. Updated review from 1 star to 4 stars thanks to Cynthia; she can teach her manager a thing or two about customer service.
I called this morning to follow-up on an order we submitted last night for printing. The order was submitted around the time they closed (last night) and the automated system provided a delivery time of 11 am. I was really hoping to get the print by 10 am, so I called to see if there was anything that could done.
I had the tremendous displeasure of speaking with person named Souren. He was completely disinterested in helping me. His goal from the get-go appeared to be: “get this person off the phone.”
It turns out, he’s the store manager. But I didn’t know this at first.
I told him my situation and advised that I was calling to find out if there was any way I could pickup the order before 11, preferably around 10.
He began to interrogate me with a condescending “you should know better” tone. One of his first questions: “Well, what time did the delivery SAY it was gonna be ready?” Ok. I see where this is going. Then he proceeded to give me a litany of reasons why he couldn’t be bothered, including:
“I’m not going to put your order ahead of anyone else. I treat everyone the same.” Ok. I didn’t ask you to put my order in front of anyone, much less everyone. I asked whether the automated delivery time was the soonest delivery. Also, if you treat everyone “the same”, meaning the way you treated me, that’s unfortunate and certainly nothing to write home about.
He indicated that the gal who runs the print shop starts at 8:40. As a result, there’s “NO WAY” for him to know what the workload is this morning or whether it can be done any sooner than 11 am. By this time, he had already shared that he’s the store manager. So I reminded him, “aren’t you the store manager?” Anyway, this dude was a total disaster from a customer service standpoint.
In the grand scheme of things, none of this is a big deal. But I had an extra 20 mins to kill and this dude was a complete brick. So here we are.

The store have very bad service, today l need to print a very important document and get there today Saturday at 6 and the manager stands in the door he didn’t let me get inside to print, My document was only going to take me two minutes to print.

I always go to this location Monday to Friday, this time was a Sunday..And I was there for a Amazon Returning,Standing for around 10 minutes, 2 girls was there and I know they noticed about me, I wait, and couple minutes later one with out a Name tag, with a piercing in the nose and a ponytail super rude walk close by my side...I just ask a question..and she answer me like I was there to bother them, I work for 8 years customer service and last 3 for management I really think that we should be happy with our work, and more if it is in customer service..with that attitude it doesn't really make me want to come back, but we are there to support and that those stores for which they have work continue...the two workers near UPS With very unhappy faces

Took a teenage male child here to get some school supplies. He did not find a pencil box/case he liked or wanted. Nor did he find a suitable backpack. But, otherwise, we were able to pick up the basics - notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, highlighters, etc.
