Needed a print job that ended up being a very large file. It was going to be birthday present and we needed that day. The staff was very patient and kind toward our request. Although it took some time and trouble shooting, they provided great customer service. Shout out to the Friday (5/26) PM printer service crew!!

Its Weds, Aug 3, 3pm. South Bristol location. The young lady w blue shirt/ blk sleeves at the copy/printing dept is the most patient, helpful & nicest staff member I've met. Altho this location always has nice staff, this particular young lady needs a raise☺️. Too bad I didn't get her name.

This is a replacement review, earning 5 stars from my original 1 star rating, because the General Manager, Souren, should be applauded for handling a very tricky situation in his store that could've gone from bad to worst! After two days of being treated like I was an "extra" and patiently waiting for my second business card order to be completed, I experienced MANY ill behaviors of an entitled & righteous employee, Danielle (whom had nothing to do with my custom order) earned herself such disgrace from not just one, but two occasions, foregoing the opportunity to correct herself. This person (pictured below) should not be employed in any service type of industry, and at the very least, reprimanded/suspended and not allowed to interact with consumers until she has taken some course in customer service. PERIOD.On my first of three days on this venture, I worked with Cyrus to prepare my prints, of which I intended to order many products. She did a most amazing job, but sadly, got sucked into the contagion of her coworker rather than recognizing how to better serve the customer.On Day 3, when I finally got to personally meet the GM, I was grateful of his willingness to listen to ALL of my concerns/ issues, not just of my orders but his employees (including Carmen, who should also be commended!), and then in awe of how quickly he corrected this mess, offering the best of resolutions that I hadn't even considered - involving another store, ultimately requesting support of his local GM's within the umbrella of the same district.VERY IMPRESSEDI will be writing a review for the Huntington Beach store, where upon my arrival and without warning, immediately got on board to print my orders, working diligently to complete everything I could ask for within a total time of about an hour! WHOAH! and YAY!!!!The Assistant Manager, Alex, and his crew including Skyler, were top notch in handling the job without question and treated me with honors!

Not sure the girls name but she wears this adorable flower mask and has awesome tattoos! anyways, whenever I pop on it I’m graced to be helped by her, professional attitude with best friend energy. I swear, no matter what the issue or prints I need done, I can count on her and rest easy. Absolutely the best, 10 stars.

This Staples is larger than another one I frequent, but this one is closer to my home. It took some getting used-to as to where things are after I had been shopping the other location for a while. But at least I found what I was looking for, paid for it and left inside of 5 minutes.

Unbelievably the associate I asked for help locating yellow legal pads had no idea where even lying paper was in the store. It is baffling to me how somebody can work in a store that is not very large and have no idea where one of the most basic obvious things for office supplies would be. It terrifies me that there are individuals like this in the world that could be driving or potentially having children in the future.

A simple return Turned into a headache. I walked in to this staples location on 4/6/22 at 8:05am walked out at 8:45Am Carmen the store a manger really was not helpful I was simply trying to return an item purchased online since I initiated the return online I had print out a label Carmen instructed me print the label there never mentioned there was a charge and simply pointed me copy center instead of maybe walking me thru process. The young lady on copy center also very rude told me wasn't able to print out the email the store manager requested me print, she wanted me to UPS next door and print label. Took the store manager like 5min or more to print out label and never came back to let me know was done or offer an apology. She had the cashier Rick talk to me. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! Apparently the general manager is Sourin I'll be trying get in contact w general manager cause Carmen really was not helpful at all.

Came in today hoping they can print a custom size poster for me and Teddy's assistance was beyond helpful. Teddy was very calm and patient during the whole process. He was even kind enough to help me cut out a cardboard piece that I brought in. Totally a pleasant experience at this Staple location!

Went in with my sister to ship some stuff through the UPS. Took the two girls at least 5 mins to help us while they laughed and were chatting. Finally helped us out and weren't helpful at all.. they usually pack the stuff for us and this time they didn't... Wish they were more helpful in that sense they ended up being nice. Fast forward to actually shopping at the store we get to the register and the cashier doesn't greet us she has a stank face on doesn't even make eye contact starts scanning our items and once she's done once again doesn't say anything. I had to be the one to tell her to have a great day in order to get her to say it back. The worst service don't recommend!

Normally, I know exactly what I want when I go into a Staples store (and I don't need assistance).This time, the one time that I actually need help; printing services! The lady behind the counter was either a b-rat or just not having a good day. I was the only customer at the counter. She made eye contact and walked away. Finally, she came back around pointed at the self-service printers. I need help with coil binding as well! I figured out the self-service printing. I brought my own USB and it was easy peasy. I went to Fedex (600ft away) for the coil binding services.I'm giving the store 3 stars because the rest of the staff was friendly.

Clean and sanitized. Printing service counter needs customer service improvement other than the rest of the staff is friendly.
