If i could give zero stars i would. The worst Target I have ever been to. the employees are rude and apathic, and slow. If one sees you needing help, they walk away, or run past. This one is super ghetto. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, just shop on AMZ

What a shame that this target did not want to help me with a speaker I had bought and it turned out defective. Took me long to return it because at first I thought it was my cell service but even on my laptop, the sound would crack a lot. Didn’t buy warranty. I had my receipt but was like 3 months since I bought it. They told me that they couldn’t give me store credit or modify the price because it was over $100. Went to the target on 17th and Bristol and they helped me out right away and modified the price so I could get store credit. I had bought it on sale for $99.99 . I even showed them the receipt but they said it policy and the couldn’t do it. Obviously not the case. They also told me that they had no manager on duty for customer service, so I guess no one was in charge.

Everything was fine. Nothing not out of the ordinary, until I reached the make up section. It was absolutely horrifying.

I was looking for a specific item and it was easily found and also had a special online price. Less expensive than I was expecting. Ordered online at 3:00 a.m. and within a half an hour of the store opening this morning My curbside pickup items were ready. Got to the store found easy and plainly marked curbside spots. Within 5 minutes of check-in, my items were delivered to my car. I was greeted by an employee with a smile on their face friendly and polite and by minute six I was on my way out of the parking lot. Absolutely fabulous service on lake one of the other big box stores. Definitely will be shopping here again.

Great customer service ,I believe they put there best in the front but there Is no words that I can use to express how much I enjoy shopping here I don't go to this store to walk around the real reason why I go here is for my coffee and not just any coffee but my Starbuck coffee I look forward every Wednesday to go and see Beverly so she can make my coffee she always gets it right I go to a lot of Starbuck and they get it right the first time but the rest they don't But not here Beverly always gets my coffee right not only that but she has a great costumer service you can tell she make the coffee with love and she is very friendly if you ever want to get Starbuck this is the location to go due to her

Really needed a bike lock. Don't have much money. It says it has it in stock but does not keep the bike lock in stock. I ordered here and at another target for pick up. Both stores said they had both stores said they were sold out but does not update or restock items. This is a very common situation for target.

Good service, I can find almost everything. But open to late....something we need something early and we need a target...but this is close...maybe if they can open around 6 am could be perfect

This target lacks institutional management 8x out of 10x you will get a cart with a limp wobbly wheel, so annoying and there’s never any hand baskets in the entrances.. they’re always stacked in the return section, while Employees are lallygagging around like there isn’t anything to do. Hire a company to fix those ghetto carts and hire a floor manager that will hold your employees accountable.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I had asked the same question to two different staff members. They both went out of their way to point me in the right direction with one of them actually taking me to the location to make sure I found it. The only bummer was the inventory throughout the store felt pretty thin. I thought either we are just used to going too big for so long maybe now this is more of how it should be to prevent so much waste of materials or this is just the beginning of this downward trend…

Always a good experience at Target. Theres something for just about everyone there. I buy a lot from their grocery section because its closer to my home than the nearest grocery stores.

I would give it 0 stars but I can’t. Yikes this target went down hill. It’s messy every where, not organized not fully stocked. It literally smelled like urine I think that’s what they mopped the whole store with. Especially where the kids toys is it stinks. Homeless are free to walk in and use the restroom. No security. It looked like there was no manager managing that store every employee was on there own doing there own thing. The cashier was the only employee there that was nice everybody else seemed sad or mad. No great customer service. Definitely not going back. Just went in to grab something quick.
