Excellent customer service the only downfall is it is in a very sketchy area. Store is clean and the employees are professional and kind!

This target was able to help me with store credit on a speaker that I had for about 3 months. I had the receipt but the return it had to be store credit because of how long ago I bought it. They modified the price for me since it was over $100. The target on 17th and Grand didn’t want to help me, just their choice. They told me that they couldn’t modify the price but now I know they just did not want to and lied to me. Thanks to this Target!

Really needed a bike lock. Don't have much money. It says it has it in stock but does not keep the bike lock in stock. I ordered here and at another target for pick up. Both stores said they had both stores said they were sold out but does not update or restock items. This is a very common situation for target.

I Love this store Actually all target stores they carry a lot of Black Authors Books and Products, I bought Tabitha Brown book a mug, tea and organic popcorn. She has a whole vegan line. I love it thank you target thank you for supporting African-Americans and we will continue supporting you.

Security gard was super Rude and inappropriate to my 14th year old daughter because he suspected she was stealing some make-up. This is not how theft prevention should handle this, even other customers commented that he shouldn’t have talked to her like that.

Had a great experience with my shopping trip tonight. The employee Josh (May have been a manager) was extremely helpful and made our trip a great one. I went through the self checkout at the Santa Ana store on Bristol/17th. My daughter wanted to use her gift card she recently got for her birthday. As she was checking out the card was having issues but Josh stepped in and was able to help us so she could make her purchase with her birthday money. I am very thankful for Josh's help, he gives the type of service that makes you want to come back and also let others know how great the employees are. So a very big shot out of appreciation to Josh.
