Horrible costumer service. All the employees here seem so angry and rude. Honestly I was about to say something to the girl today but, I do not like to argue. They act as if they are bothered that you are mailing something. Must I remind them that is there main job and, they are getting paid for it. I do not expect them to be my friends but, they could act a bit nicer. I am gonna have to go to a different ups from now on.

This store deserves Praise. Appreciate the quickness and efficiency of the staff. Been to lots of UPS stores and will say that this one is got to be one of the best for these reasons. They show that they are experts by explaining the costs of packing and can provide quick quotes. Also, are very honest about what to expect with costs. Thank you all for the effort and professionalism you always show when I walk in.

Always come here never had a issue until I came in on Tuesday Aug 8 around noon and I kindly asked a question to the woman employee in the front desk about a returning a package to Amazon and she said No that was my issue that I had to figured it out on my own that she was just there to take the package not to be help out. She was rude I asked her a couple more questions and she seemed annoyed I don't know if she was having a bad day but that was the worst customer service I have encountered!

UPS shouldn’t offer printing services if they aren’t going to train their employees regarding basic printing and if they won’t offer more than one paper weight. They were super rude about this and not accommodating and I’d just go to FedEx.

this is probably the best UPS store I've used to ship my packages. They are clean, organized and extremely helpful! the employees went above and beyond to help me ship 15 packages effectively and quickly. the staff is extremely nice and know their stuff. They helped me save a few buck too by reccommeding a better shipment method. without a doubt I'll be returning to this store from now on to do all my shipping.

I had two packets I had to return, one on UPS and the other to USPS. I went to USPS first and they rejected my return item because they said my print label was wrong. I went to return my second item to UPS and told them about my experience on USPS and they kindly scanned the item and they told me it was for USPS but they would take it and take care of it. They didn't have to since it wasn't a UPS item but they went ahead and help me sort my item on my behalf. Very kind people who are willing to help you out!

I did an Amazon return at this location and the worker there, I think Fernando, was very polite and fast with my package. I've been to other UPS locations and none of them were as nice as this one. He explained how it worked and what I needed, other locations were rude and one even yelled at me for standing in the way for a few moments longer while I recollected my purse. I fully recommend this store and the employees.

My encounter this Saturday morning 7/15/23: What rude woman or maybe just have no idea what a customer service is. She made me pay $2.30 to print a label and watch me struggle to wrap a package only to be told I can't drop it off here. Not coming back for sure.

Fernando was so helpful! I had clicked wrong place to return and he showed me I could cancel return and start over. So after changing to UPS store I was able to return. He saved me lots of time!!
