So frustrating going to this store! Tried to return for Amazon and I picked an option that requires no box or label. But then she tells me im supposed to pack it myself and print out label! Or I had to pay for box and tape etc!She is also very impatient with me condescendingly saying " I thought you said you already have the qr codes ready? " While im trying to figure out which qr code is for which items.So unhelpful with everything. Attitude. Left here without getting what I needed to do done. Last time you'll be seeing me here!

I paid for a service to deliver a parcel to my home on a certain day for me. It was a gift for my husband. I stayed home from work and waited for the courier all day. I got a message saying you weren't home, the courier couldn't deliver the package. AND I SAT AT THE DOOR ALL DAY TO MEET THE COURIER!!! My day was lost, ruined, I didn't work and lost money and all they did was nothing! I paid for this service and was cheated. I wrote to support and all that was answered to me was: sorry, I will clarify this information with the courier. Nothing else. Terrible service, use another postal service! In the end I canceled the gift, as I needed it on a certain day and not later. I was disappointed????

We forgot our phone and they stole it for a while the next day we came back for it and they didn't gave it back until they gave to us.

I’ve about had it with this UPS store. The older Asian lady is so rude! I have been lectured so many times coming in here by her. She clearly hates her job. She has yelled at me about turning my phone brightness up for a barcode when it’s already extremely bright, about 85% up. Just scan it, it’ll take it I promise you. Today she told me that I need to keep my Amazon return items in their original packaging so she doesn’t have to waste bags packing it up. I picked an option that requires no box or label. She also makes you bag up your items for her because she doesn’t want to do it. I’m going to start going to a different UPS store. This one sucks.

Would give it a 0 star if i could. Worse customer service ever. Just because we dont have the same last name I cant pick up a package( intended to be a gift) for my mom who i live with? What old school backwards thinking is that? A women has to change their last name when theyre married? Just because we have diff last names we're not mother and daughter? Defeats the purpose of a gift when i have to drag her along with me to pick it up.

Beware of their printing services. Most printers and computers have small margins on the sides of their papers when printing. However, many automatically center and scale pdf's to fit WITHIN those margins. My home printer does for example. Yours probably does too. Theirs does not. I am an artist who makes newsletters. I thought to save money I would print them here. It was a mistake. They do not reprint or refund when they print it incorrectly. They didn't offer to show me what it looked like. Nothing. If you choose as an artist to print anything here, beware and definitely take note that you must prepare your work accordingly because they are not easy to work with.

horrible experience trying to ship out my package. A skinny old Asian lady was very rude and not polite at all When I was trying to ship out my package. She was ready to go home and didn’t seem helpful at all. She was screaming and giving me attitude on why I didn’t put my shipping label ahead of time Before shipping it out. I have never had issues like this at other UPS store. Do not recommend going here if they’re going to be having employees like this.

The old lady (very short hair) is very mean and irritable, I think she is the mistress, very bad personality, doesn't know what she doing. Very mean talk..Don't go there ?? Avoid, yes stereotypically old rude Asian lady.

ZERO STARS!! THE RUDE TINY LADY IS A TOTAL WITCH!! awful experience returning amazon packages, she yelled at me for not having boxes, other UPS stores dont require them! She clearly hates her life!

Avoid ups this location at all cost before drop shipping I ask the guy will you charge me the taping he said NO , but after he scan it and say to me he will charge me for tape $2 really great customer service I can't believe he throw the lie to me recommend avoid in case you lost your money just be honest wouldn't hurt anybody but your lie cause business

They charged 21$ for priority mail. Delivery date is supposed to be 22nd July but they delivered the documents on July 25.

They charge $1.50 to tape each box measily, just avoid this store if possible. Other UPS stores are more than happy to tape and package for you when you drop off - not this place. Avoid, yes stereotypically old rude Asian lady.

I would give no stars if it was possible. Why would the store say they are open to 7 but doesn't expect packaging after 6:30. The girl at the counter doesn't even know the difference between before and after.

Nelly and Sam provided 10/10 awesome customer service. There was a long line of people and managed to help everyone as soon as possible. Answered my questions and provided assistance with my amazon returns. Would recommend this UPS store
