Terrible service!!! They damaged my box and products, haven't delivered, not even trying to inform me and when I came back to store wasn't even apologized. They told me I should receive a call, still waiting... No package, no delivery, not money back! So disappointed!!!

Completely rude and incompetent staff unwilling to help with anything including the UPS driver on site. Worst service I've had in years and I work in the warehousing, shipping, receiving industry.

My shout out is to Alex for his superior handling of so many customers at one time. My experience with him always is excellent. If I am not ready I step aside while he helps others and when I'm ready he has me jump right back in. He's pleasant always has a smile and he's ready to help. He doesn't get paid enough for the good service that he provides. He is the best employee they have. I hope other customers acknowledge Alex for the superior customer service that he provides.

This store is not open at 8am. I needed to drop off my return stuff before work. I’ve only this day of this time.After 20 minutes still not open and gave up. Maintenance lady said, they are always late. I hope that company knows and fix this problem ASAP.

Horrible customer service , arrived at 629 and they were closed already. Been trying to get my package for a week now and when I arrived the other day on Friday at 6 pm they closed early that day for whatever reason.

If I could give no stars I would. Today I had the stressful displeasure of watching a man who works here try to start a fight with a customer in front of me. The customer was just waiting his turn and the guy ignored him and keeps taking people behind him. So he says he's next and the guy cussed him, threatened him, and was amazingly rude. Seems maybe family owned because a lady walked up and told him to please don't start stuff. He threatened the customer so much so that someone must have called the police because they showed up to talk to the guy. Imagine ? The POLICE showing up because the person working there is threatening customers ! Due to its location I go there for my business drop offs a few times a week. I have seen the customer there a few times. So I'm assuming he also does business mailings. This was a horrible experience. I hated that I had to give my money to these people. I will be driving out of the way from now on. I'm also considering switching to fed ex or dhl . I read some of these others reviews and they seem to have the same experience. Most likely with the same guy. The five stars are probably their friends. There is no way thiace gets 5 stars. I'm surprised that IPS hasn't taken action. It's their name on the line

I never thought I'd be leaving a review to a UPS store, however I gotta say I am honestly impressed with how bad this store is that I thought I'd share my experiences. The hours of this store are extremely random. Don't bother googling if this store is open, the hours are always a lie online. You honestly need you call ahead of time anytime you go to see if they are actually open, as they randomly decide to change their hours every other week it seems. Don't worry, when they are open by some miracle you'll be waiting in a long line every time as they only seem to ever have 1 person working at a given time. That's assuming they are open and their system is online, because it's a crapshoot if their entire system isn't down for some reason. I can say out of the last 5 times I've gone here, I've only been able to actually drop off a package 1 time, as something always causes this location not to be able to function as intended.

Zero stars if possible. I think they never sent one of my packages. And they never acknowledge you when you enter or have any type of customer service skills. Waited 15 min and nobody even looked up. Worst location ever.

It's funny to be giving an UPS store a review but Alex deserve every credit given. Business owner reading this, he deserves a raise. He mediated a whole line of customers with out a single complaint. He's good

Went to return DirecTV equipment there. They said the software is updating and I need to go to different store. Went to different store told them what they said. He told me " yea they say that so they don't have to do the return". Not the first time I've had problems here.
