So it says on lime as of the date posting this review that this location is open on Saturday. I come here 2 to 3 Saturdays a month to mail things. Today, they have a new sign, closed on Saturday. WHY? makes no sense. At least add a package drop off at this location then.

Most people would have the common sense to not throw a plastic bag package over a fence with a 95 lb. Pitbull right there. ( Especially with a sign clearly stating to please not do so ). Needless to say the purchased items were destroyed. And now we are left to figure out if they can be replaced. Maybe hire some employees who care about their jobs and for the people who's taxes pay their salary.

I am very disappointed in the customer service this post office has after letting someone else sign for my package without double checking on the name and who's receiving it. Also not answering your phones or calling me back after your customer service person said they would to let me know about my package. I wouldn't be doing this if it was a package was worth 20 was lost but it was stuff worth almost 80 this isnt right. I have no trust In my local post office.

**NO STARS FOR YOU** HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. WORST customer service EVER. My apartment complex has recently had mail stolen so USPS is in the process of fixing the mailboxes. As a result no mail is being delivered and must be picked up at the GRAND AVE location. After waiting quite some time,I explained the reason for my visit. The man at the counter replied to me "Great, another one". After tossing my ID back to me, he went to to get my mail and came back with 2 seperate envelopes. I explained to the man that I am signed up with Informed Delivery and per my DAILY emails, I should have a lot more than what he gave me. He told me (quite rudely) no, you don't, come back tomorrow. Pure laziness on his part. Didn't realize picking up my mail was such a huge inconvenience. Customer service is definitely NOT their strong point.

Im going to give my honest opinion. Honestly dont come here it's so unprofessional specially the black people that work here im not trying to be racist or nothing but ive been here 2 times in one week first there was this young black lady who was so rude for no reason . Yesterday i went because i haven't received my packaged and honestly the there was this old black lady who started screaming at me for no reason i just wanted her to check my package anyways she ended up telling me to leave priity much.

Not a good place for the passport applicants they are very slow plus they charged me 60$ extra that I am going to received my passport in two weeks ( express one ) it's been 4 weeks and I still didn't received it , plus if you asked them they are saying it's not in our hand if it's not in your hand thn why you guys are charging us extra ? They don't have any answer for this question ! So if you are applying for passport it's not a good place at all , if you are applying for the passport never go for the express one choose the regular one it's also taking 4 to 7 weeks but you are gonna received it in 4 to 5 weeks .

No parking available. The lot is for mail vehicles only. No street parking - have to go to other business' parking lots (KFC, church, etc)

Don't trust this place with your mail 99.9% sure this guy stole my package. If your package has been stolen file a complaint here and get the perpetuators fired! Postal service employees stealing packages and belongings from people who worked hard for their items is something that we shouldn't have to deal with.

I've been in the area for years. The older staff has slowly retired and the new staff are so unhappy and horrible at customer service. I miss the old staff. Thank goodness once in awhile I see Frank who is helpful and great at customer service.

I was nervous about coming here due to some of the negative reviews about the customer service. But, I was closest to this location yesterday so I braced myself and entered to mail my package. Thank God I got a friendly postal worker! He helped me with a smile on his face and I received not one ounce of attitude.
