This is not easy to say but Garden Grove mail delivery needs to improve by training their stuff/mailmen properly! a lot of times they leave the next door neighbor's mail instead of mine. I don't know where my mail is!! Some mailmen don't even pushed the mail all the way through the door leaving all the mail hanging 1/2 out of the door. Please help us to protect our personal information by delivering our mail property. Thank you in advanced

I’m too far down the street, but I don’t trust my package being there. The one employee working there, just wow. No prepaid mail drop off, creepy people in the parking lot, don’t bother. USPS just needs to close that location.

On june 1 2020. This Post Office schedule to open at 9:00 AM they don't open until 9:21AMAll people have been waiting outside. They open late.

Most people would have the common sense to not throw a plastic bag package over a fence with a 95 lb. Pitbull right there. ( Especially with a sign clearly stating to please not do so ). Needless to say the purchased items were destroyed. And now we are left to figure out if they can be replaced. Maybe hire some employees who care about their jobs and for the people who's taxes pay their salary.

This is my go to post office because I live like 3 blocks away. Unless you have a stick up your boots, this place isn't bad. Just do what you need to do and get out. Since I come here often, I figured out that they often don't open the parking lot in the mornings until like 10 or a little later because the mailmen are packing their cars. So i compromise and park at either the KFC or the supermarket's parking lot. Other than that I can always find a spot in the post office's parking lot. Also, probably because of all the complaint, the customer service seems to have gotten better over the years.

This is the worst postal office I have ever been to. We needed to mail some documents and the service we got was bad so bad. Can't you be nice to someone who asks questions. We will never come back.

Post office here in Santa Ana Main Street looks sketchy, I'd advice to come in the morning hours.. Leave it to the USPS to leave this post office in the ghetto to actually look ghetto. (Go figure) I honestly thought this was an abandoned building because I couldn't find a sign that indicated an entrance to the building. you have to be quick about the entrance driving in and make a sharp right. It's the first driveway in but you can also come in through the second driveway.

The mailman who serves 1851 E. First Street is THE WORST. Slow and grouchy. We are a 16-story office building and don't get our mail delivered until late in the afternoon. This guy sucks and the postmaster won't do a thing about it.
