The worst customer service I’ve ever experience. The gentleman taking care of the facility is so unhappy and miserable that I feel sorry for him.I hope he finds a job when he is content.Stopped at this location on two occasions , December 16th , & December 19th 2022. Both times the gentleman was effortless rude. Unbelievable!

I'd rate it no stars if i could. This government agency is on it's way out hopefully. The associates are lazy, managers are terrible at their job, and the drivers put the mail in wrong boxes... Just close your doors already and stop wasting my tax money...

Attempted to return a prepaid package only to be turned away and told I had to go to FedEx. Went to FedEx only to be told it goes through USPS. Went to a different USPS and explained the situation and they confirmed they can accept it. Horrible customer service that can’t distinguish what packages they can and can’t accept.

Come on Greenville USPS. Get it together. Sent it priority. Mail going to Fontana but you guys send it to Georgia only to send it back . Sent it May 9th and today is May 13 and it's still has not arrived yet? Geeez you guys there at Greenville is a joke.

Im not going to bash the employees who didnt follow appropriate steps of the job because it would be too long to type. I was very disappointed with the person who was delivering my package on sunday. No shortcuts should be allowed to make their quota. The FOUR STARS that im giving is directed to MIKE. He got back to me in a very professional matter. He fixed the problem in a snap. He was in charge while the manager was on vaca from what I believe. All the props to MIKE for taking the situation in his hands and resolving the issue for his customers. I hope the manager see's this and rewards MIKE for his upstanding professionalism and for giving 100% effort in solving my issue. Thank you again brother, real worker with real standards

Today I go to the post office to send a small box but the angry lady at the counter is frustrating to be served like this. I will never go back to this post office. I prefer to drive further, but to be treated fairly, I never asked for priority mail and she did it to charge more. what a lousy service I add a copy of my shipment

Terrible service. Extremely rude and incompetent. I already paid for a PO box but it's so my fault for not reading reviews and just trusting people first . They went out of there way for me not to get a PO box there but made it seem like they were just bothered by me getting one. I even had to go get extra paperwork to get it. Then when I got it there's no key ... it's a combination lock that "doesn't always work" that I have to keep if it doesn't work that's what they said .... I left with a serious bad taste and they people working here are super lazy lazy lazy and don't want to work it's super clear . I lost money and canceled hours later bought a PO Box on first street and night and day customer service super nice friendly accommodating paid extra money came same day and guess what ..... GOT A KEY!!! To the PO Box I just purchased . The people at this location clearly want to get paid to not do anything and just sit there and collect a check until they retire . There's absolutely no reason why they haven't fixed their PO Boxes yet they just want them like that as a deterrent

The black lady in the front that deals with in person service. was the definition of useless. this place is a joke. i'd take off my seatbelt next time i decide to drive here for help, in prayers i die on the way. she refused to help in any way possible. so i went home contact post office online and they fixed my issue within 5 minutes. i hope she gets fired and never finds a job where she has to deal with customer interaction again.

Had to pick up a few packages here and this place is not open as much as other post offices. Had to come back another time to pick them up. The workers are overworked and don't care. Got here another time 10 mins before closing and they were already locking their doors. Luckily I got in by knocking on the door a few times and they opened the doors for me to drop off packages.

Honestly this is just a funny experience I had on 5/6/2021 around 5pm with the white female postal lady driver. Didn't receive my package today because of my neighbor who owns 7 cars decided to park one of the car by the mailbox. This blocked any incoming mail to be dropped off. My neighbor is retarded, I agree. However, we locked eyes mail lady! I saw you saw me outside waiting! But you drove past me as if I had anything to do with the beat up white Beamer that's imposing the mail box. So as you drove away with my mail, I'm just wondering if you hate me or something because I looked at you weird. But 5 mins laters you actually turned around and were on the opposite side of the street! Cool man, she remembered! So when she drove closer to me I began walking slowly towards her hoping to help her out by grabbing my mail because of my retarded neighbor. Nope! She decided to hit the Vtec in front of me! She sped away like a demon hitting 15MPH tops while locking eyes with my dumbass. F*** me right? Lol. Anyways, I don't know why she treated me like this, maybe it's work policy that she can't hand mail off to me or shes just having a bad day, who knows I'm not stressin. Gave 5 stars because it looks like you need all the stars you can get on this page lol. Posted a screen shot of the tracking as proof. The "No Access" was because my neighbors car.
