Big Susan post office located at the intersection of sunflower and Susan Street in Santa Ana is stellar . I have nothing but good things to say about this wonderful amenity that we have. The entire Susan postal is amazing knowledgeable long-term employees several different languages are spoken fluently by the different post office agents located in the main lobby that is open 24/7 are two kiosks to assist you after hours sending packages purchasing stamps the postal agents are absolutely incredible especially when you consider that this main post office Office hub for Orange County they always have at least even on the slowest day of the year at least three to five agents on the line and during the holidays every window is open. Big Susan post office has a much more incredible Mission than the Enterprise. The community here in Orange County are so so blessed to have this team of professionals serving . Each and every one of of the postal agent are absolutely priceless to say that their job is challenging doesn't even begin to describe the job skill set that these individuals have. Big Susan post office handles all of the mail for Orange County try and wrap your mind around that all of the businesses all of the residents this office serves. I see the 18 wheelers rolling in and out of there all day long all night long. Seriously somebody get a hold of Andy Cohen big Susan post office wood make the perfect a reality show backdrop. Forget the Housewives of Orange County I've had a p.o. box there for about 25 years 45 years as a patron using their services as far back as I can remember there's always a postal worker in the lobby with the express job expediting traffic. Orange County the fifth-largest economy in the world. Susan Street post office serves all of the businesses all of the residents correspondence coming in and out of Orange County . The crew is awesome I believe they do an amazing job . I am so happy that this group of knowledgeable folks is in charge. Over the last 45 years I've always been able to get a hold of a postal worker by phone who is able to assist me I'm awfully sorry to say it but whoever wrote those poor reviews really very confused about exactly what service the post office provides. The customers must take responsibility and educate themselves before they put things in the mail or expect things to be delivered because there are certain things that the post office can and can't do and that responsibility Falls on the shoulders the patron to educate themselves and ask questions be sure they understand how the post office works if they don't know or they're not sure to ensure that their experience is a success. My 45 years experience as a customer with a big Susan post office speaks nothing but exactly the opposite of those disgruntled customers with poor reviews . One thing I can say is if you're planning on visiting the post office at Big Susan just be ready the parking lot of small there that building was built a long time ago nobody had any idea how big Orange County was going to get so it's a little bit tight getting in and out of there so you might want to plan your trips according and you ready to be a little bit patient but for the most part people seem to come and go and not have any problem getting in and out of that parking lot. Worst post office. I sent a priority mail to Japan, but they still haven't received over 3 weeks. I assumed they lost me mail once, then they found. It took 2 weeks to there to LA office according to tracking.Manager kept saying everything custom.Give my priority mail fee back.

This usps is honestly one of the worse usps locations. They delay boxes. Never get scanned. No one answers the phone. The communication on usps end is horrible. I feel as if this location should be shut down. Considering they have a 3.5 google review. I wouldn’t use this location again if I were you.

Why do people that work at post offices have the worst customer service? Your life sucks that bad? They lost a package and when I called this location the guy on the phone was so rude... Tracking number keeps saying it's at this location and it hasn't move but they couldn't help me? They just lost an expensive package and since I didn't buy insurance they didn't care Worst

This USPS location seems to be the location with the latest and most frequent pickups in the greater area. The USPS website does not give every pickup time and only provides hours of operation and last pickup time, so I've included a photo from the mail drop window for when mail will be picked up throughout the day.

I mailed documents on Saturday 6/11/2022 to ship to Idaho to my daughter. This was a guarantee money back if not arrive on time. Today is 6/14/2022 and it did not arrive. My daughter went on the tracking system and it showed that it was still in transit and the last time it was scanned it was at the post office, the distribution place, which is the post office I mailed the document from. 3101 West Sunflower Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92799-0100. The tracking information did not give any other information, except it could not locate where about the package was located. I believe it was still at the post office. I went into the post office for more inquiry. The service was appalling and to say the least the sheer lack of customer service from reps that were completely inept and down right rude. Your rep just laughed at me as I tried to explain to her. She would over talk to me and not listen at all. She worked today 6/14/2022 during 12:00PM. I want you to know the time and date because this rep embarrassed me in front of the other customers. I asked her to get me the supervisor but she did not. She said he was in a meeting. That seemed convenient. I told her the tracking information shows that it was last scanned at the distribution so I asked her see if they can find it. I thought if it shows the distribution center, that there might be a chance it might still be there. She did not help with this request. I asked for my refund because it is obviously it was late because it was for a 2day delivery. It is clearly marked on the receipt too. My daughter called the number for claims, the rep said that I could get my money back today. The rep, the post office lady I had to deal with said that I would have to wait until they scan the package at my daughters end. I asked well how long will that be and once again not answering my question but laugh. Overall, this post office that I have been using, I have yet to meet a friendly, courteous rep. I would like this rep dealt with so that no other customers have to deal with her unprofessionalism and down right rudeness.

I went to get my passport today for the first time. I’m the type to make sure I have much done as possible before going anywhere. The lady who helped me is the same so we appreciated each other’s efforts. She was quick, thorough and explained everything to me. She was also nice and friendly during the process which made it feel more welcoming than an obligation. Easy parking, easy directions, and everything was labeled for less confusion.

Worst place ever. They charge you $4.00 for clear tape if you don't tape up you package. Other places gladly tape up for no cost. The have free tape arms length from them and tell you to come back. Horrible place to go to

I have never experienced this kind of condescending, duplicitous, nefarious inept staff. The clerk deliberately put the wrong zip code on the priority label. Ended up in San Francisco. The manager was useless. Professing there is nothing he can do! Despicable! Then with his duplicitous ways was beyond pathetic. He refused to help me and walked away. The efficacies to investigate these two staff members needs the postal master generals immediate attention. These two have absolutely no custom service skills! Let alone intelligence to deal with a simple delivery task!
