If you've spent your whole life in California, there's a strong chance you won't understand this. Came in looking for body wash that is standard fare in most other Walmarts across the country. All they had was the stuff that wasn't worth stealing. Looked in cosmetics, which is a death trap in an emergency, and nothing. No Dr Squatch, no Cremo, but plenty of Old Spice. ?

This store would be super cool if they didn't follow me around like some watch dogs or something, just bcuz I got tattoos. While wal-mart security is doing that to me A TAX PAYER, the thieves are going crazy taking everything.

Worst place to visit. They had me wait 40 minutes for a video game and they never came to get the game for me. Had me wait for 40 minutes for nothing. No one canes to say the person to open the glass wasn’t there. I asked 5 different employees and all told me I’m not part of that department. Target is better. Never come here unless you want to waste your time

Worst customer service ever. Waited over 40 minutes for someone to attend us at the baby formula section. Every employee that passed by or we went to go ask for help were rude and they all said “I don’t have the key keep pressing the button” non, except for the jewelry department, offered to call someone. By the time someone arrived, there were 4 other people waiting to get their baby formula too.

Charging an EV while you shop is the way to go! I hated when EA charging stations are not near any Walmart, Target, Sam's Club and etc. At least, with Walmart, we can go shopping and use restrooms while charging.

shity place to get pictures developed, waited 20 min for an employee to acknowledge me waiting , asked several employees for help. they just ignored me. 5 other people were waiting too

This is a great Walmart. I've been shopping there for ten years it is well-staffed and well-managed. A good place to park is on the side of the building occasionally there's a spot open and you don't have to fight for parking. Highly recommend

Easy In and easy checking out and leaving.the only thing was there was a couple cops standing in the entrance with the guy checking receipts I probably will not be back because of that.

Terrible management and HR Isabel .Isabel ha done nothing but ignore all the major work issues. All for management. She doesn't care if you're being discriminate against or if a toxic coworker is being harassed.You're better off calling corporate or a lawyer.All these managers are shady and not looking out for the people that put them in the position their in.I heard a sporting goods associate got jumped and all the cared about was firing him. All because he wasn't working like how he use to.I suggest workers start building up cases because there's money to be made here. I quit a while ago and I still get settlement money from Walmart. This place is toxic. Can't wait to see the day associates wise up and unionize.

I'm a transgender person and today I hade a bad experience at this Walmart. Around 9pm at the entrance of this store the security guard disrespect me by calling me man and making fun of me for no reason this was not nice and not even professional from the security she was a women

Terrible experience my first and likely only time at this store. Bought a 10 cup water filter pitcher online for outside pickup. No one brought my product out or answered the phone. They sent an email saying it was picked up an hour ago. Inside the huge store no one was at customer service. Lots of employees were just standing around, Finally found 3 guys talking together in the closed garden department. They had a pitcher with my name on it and gave it to me. When I got home I discovered it was a 6 cup model, not the one advertised. Gave a generous 3 stars because l usually like Walmart products and this store is probably too big for it's britches or needs better management.

I don’t understand why they always have a huge line for oil changes, They say it takes them 1 hour for a simple oil change and they have all the required equipment. That is ridiculous..

Karens customer service specifically is horrible. She is rude and had an attitude for no reason. I came to make a return but the item didn't have the tag but I have receipt. The employee made me walk to the back of the store to grab another same product with a UPC tag. There was no more items on the shelf. But I found the Shelf location and took a picture of that barcode with the price. And I even downloaded and opened the app and found the item to show (Karen). She still refused to accept the return. With receipt with product and with proof in hand. (Maria) FL team lead was very helpful, listened to the situation and promptly helped me return my items. If not for Maria's help this would be 1star review!

This Walmart is big!!! They have a garden section as well and lines aren't long. Lots of parking and great stores in surrounding shopping area. The workers doing pickup/ delivery are on top of it.
