My car was filthy and had not been washed in months. I chose the most expensive car wash offered, thinking that I would get a premier level of service. I think I could've paid for the cheapest and received the same result. The car is definitely cleaner than it was before, but the rims of the tires still have a fair amount of dirt, they didn't clean the console area at all, and they were spots still on the front windshield. They did get out all the sand & dirt inside, so appreciate that, but still felt that they could've done a complete better job for $45. Getting in to dirt in/around the console area was a big turn off.

I enjoy this car wash and come weekly. However, I do have some complaints. I went from a 5 seat car to a 7, which means I have a 3rd row. I have brought my new car here 3 times now. Each time my 3rd row is neglected. Never gets vacuumed or cleaned out. Windows are left untouched. I've come to see there is no difference in the $20 wash and the $45 wash. I watched the workers vacuuming my car and noticed there was no effort. When I got my car, I checked it out. I really hate to be that person, but nothing was wiped down in the second and third row, the carpets and seats looked barely vacuumed. I paid $50 today and was disappointed. I had to take it back to the beginning. The man checking in the cars was very helpful and assisted me with my service. I will still be returning as I enjoy this place, but they should do better with bigger cars as there is even an added fee for a "bigger car".

So I have always been happy with the service at prestige car wash. But today! Today I locked my keys in the car and I was the first in line at the car wash: blocking one of the lanes into the car wash. I was mortified. But the people at prestige car wash could not have been nicer, "don't worry things happen," "not a problem we'll take care of it," and sure enough they came out with a bunch of tools and unlocked my car. I just can't say how nice they were about me blocking the car wash by locking my keys inside. I felt awful and they made me feel better. Thank you prestige car wash!

There are simply not enough staff members to meet the demand. It's now commonplace to wait 30 minutes just for my car to go through the wash. I appreciate their attention to detail but the wait is simply frustrating, especially for a $25 "works" wash.Time to look for a new car wash in the area.

Worst Customer Service. When my husband and I arrived today and it was pretty empty. We Payed $24 for a car wash and was very disappointed. I have been to so many car washes because I wash my car every week. I could've washed it myself and it would've looked way better then what I got. I had trash in my seat and they didn't throw anything away. My cup holders were dirty and weren't clean. I found straw wrappers on my seats which obviously should be thrown away. The back seats and carpet wasn't touched at all. The windows still dirty. My husband still tipped $10 without inspecting the car first.Worst Service Ever. Don't go here.

It's like they spray water on the cars and dry them off. Been getting my trucks washed here for years and the quality of the wash have been terrible. Not going back.

I've taken my car to Prestige going on 10 years now. When I take it in for a quick & cheap wash, it can be hit and miss in terms of their attention to detail (usually dependent on how busy they are) but the car always comes out looking pretty good. I sometimes have to spend a few minutes wiping a few missed spots but it's never anything egregious. Pretty much what you would expect when paying for a basic wash. Where these guys really shine is when I take the car in for a full detail or a wash/clay bar/wax service. It always comes out looking amazing - well worth the price. I haven't found that other car wash spots in town do a better job for this kind of thing. Their staff is always very courteous, attentive and responsive. They generally don't try to up-sell you - I don't think they've tried to do that with me more than once or twice since I've been taking my cars there. Overall I would recommend this place, especially to anyone living in the surrounding neighborhoods and especially to those looking for service more extensive than a basic wash.

Not a bad car wash overall. I've used Prestige over the years for both a traditional wash and an exterior detailing service. It's remained largely the same over the past few decades when it comes to the layout and the execution as a whole. It's a simple venue with two bays, a no-frills shop with a small selection of snacks and vehicle merchandise, and a sunny outdoor waiting area. The Milpas location affords some prime people-watching as well. The washes I've received have been satisfactory overall. They are relatively quick and I've found that the team as a whole will tackle one car together rather than assign a single person per vehicle which I appreciate. I don't know the quality of their products, but have noticed that they tend to go heavy on the Armor All application (which I don't mind). The pricing is fair and the service is adequate. I'd come back if I were back in that part of town.

I was happy with my service! They are on axxess deal which is awesome! Did not have to wait long. My car looked great and it smelled amazing! The staff was friendly. Make sure to tip these guys they deserve it:)

This is the second car wash they they've left my windows full of the crap they use to clean it at the end & don't do the air freshener that I've asked for.
