WOOEY. SO. we pull up, pants in hand, ready to get a fresh new pair due to the tares in the old ones. As I lay them on the table thinking this process would be smooth as butter on a pancake at nannies house. BUT OH WAS I MISTAKEN. now I don't know if it was due to the woman I was working with woke up on the wrong side of the bed or if she didn't like the look of my face but she wasn't about it. She proceeded to ask me about everysingle detail and question possible about the pants and wether I had truly bought them. I explained to her in detail that I did and was even ready to drop the order number on her like puff daddy dropped the hit "ill be missing you" in 2001. After much confusion and strife. I came to the conclusion to make some phone calls. After 30 minutes of trying to find more small details I returned to the front desk. And the next lady helped me out and didn't ask for anything but happily took them and let me trade them out. Thank heaven for saints? bless her heart. I was frustrated but we ended up making it out about 1 hrs 15 min later with not all 3 like I was hoping but 2 new pairs of pants. Poor experience. Lulu makes great clothes tho so I'll give then an extra star and bump it up to two.

My partner and I LOVE lululemon. We always have a very pleasant experience when we go to this store, but we just have to give Edwin and Chase a shout out because they went above and beyond for us today! Edwin was extremely helpful with our exchanges and gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived and Chase absolutely crushed it with recommendations and sizing. Overall it was a great experience and we both are very stoked with our purchases.

Larger than the typical Lululemon stores, thus better in-store availability. Friendly staff once you can hunt someone down as they tend to cluster around the changing area instead of the front.

Nice store, has friendly staff and is in a good area. I only looked in the leggings section, which was in the far back of the store. It was well organized by size and type. There are a lot of fitting rooms, but the ground was a bit dirty, making the leggings dusty. I was disheartened that there were no Presidents Day Weekend sales, unlike their online store. I got myself a pair anyways out of the convenience of getting it right now, but online has the best deals. I thought sales were also in person, but I guess not.

Cici was so helpful and went out of her way to help me buy a gift and choose a size. Edwin was amazing on the phone when I first called and went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. Also, beautiful store!!!

I honestly love their clothes for work, their breathable shirts and pants make it bearable to be in the same attire for 8+ hours of work in all weather conditions. Not to mention for all warm weather outdoor sports as well! They're probably the leader in this space. Unfortunately, some items that I love isn't at their store and you can just order it online at their register and get it delivered to your home with no shipping fee. Nice!

Jordan is so fabulous and so kind! She was so helpful and made my whole entire day. Truly this is the best Lululemon store I have ever been to (due to the kind and courteous staff) and it has re-kindled my interest in the clothes and items this store sells. My boyfriend and I went to this location to return an order he made from another store that sent the wrong items. We were helped by Mike who was literally amazing. We both walked away from our experience beaming. He was so helpful and helped my boyfriend find the right pair and fit and figure out where to get them hemmed to fit him how he likes them. He was so helpful and had amazing knowledge about all of the products.

We saw the store and decided to browse a little bit. As soon as we walked in, Jacob introduced himself and let us know he'll be around if we have any questions. After looking, my friend decided to try on some joggers and we went back to Jacob, who personalized his own fitting room for him. Amazing customer service! A little more pricey but the quality is high as well.

My husband purchased a raincoat for me for Christmas. They didn't have the color I liked in the store, so a male clerk suggested they order online from the Santa Barbara store...he helped him setup the account and they ordered. He didn't say it was a final sale and the total was $175...he told my husband we could exchange if size was wrong. Tonight we went in to exchange the size 10 for an 8. They absolutely would not exchange. "Katie" went to the extreme to tell us their policy was nor to exchange. She was rude and antagonistic...she brought out a guy to reinforce her stance. They tried to sell us another rain jacket in 8 bit we were stuck with the one that didn't fit. Many times she said it was company policy. She told my husband to lower his voice. He wasn't louder than she was...he was very nice considering. I will never shop in this store again. I can buy this product at other places that appreciate my business. Interestingly we immediately called customer service and they said it's not company policy and she is giving us company credit. Katie does not represent company well...I will share this with friends and I will certainly not ever purchase anything from this store ever again. Katie and her colleagues tonight should be embarrassed!
