As a local Realtor, I wanted to express how McAdams Financial really came through for my buyer client and that I recommend their lending services when looking into home ownership.
The McAdams team worked with my client, quickly pre-approving him, and provided me with a loan commitment letter the day we wrote his offer to purchase. Presenting the McAdams letter made the offer stronger and it was a bonus that the listing agent knew of McAdams being a reputable local loan provider with a solid history.
Throughout the escrow I was routinely provided updates every step of the way and the appraisal and loan contingencies were approved for release prior to the contractual deadlines.
Through my interaction with McAdams, I was interested to learn the width of their ability to offer loan services on different property types and locations for some of my other clients.
