We do mist of are shopping online now . We had purchased something and it needed to be returned in store . So I took my daughter with me so she could look around . She found several shirts she like and a few other things . Old Navy has a great selection and excellent prices.

Wish I could give them zero stars. While my wife was purchasing items I asked if I could use their restroom and they denied it because they thought I wasn't a paying customer. However they did mention that I could go to McDonald's. Told my wife to drop everything and walked right out...

My partner and I stopped by for a quick shopping trip under a half hour before before closing and was told by one of the associates that they'd be closing up at 8pm,. Upon entering there were still a couple of customers who were still browsing. No pun intended but needless to say that we made good use of the time remaining. This was the time to target the area in the store where the specific outfits were located, get the sizes, and be out of there as quickly as possible. On second thought, I remembered the premise.. The customer was always right! There was no way they'd rush us to make purchases as we didn't have the time for a return trip. In spite of being on 'crunch time' and with some help from an associate, we got what we came for and made our exit.A friendly reminder to visitors of this city.. Most stores and shops in Santa Barbara do close as 8pm. Guess its been this way since the beginning of the pandemic and even now that the CDC has relaxed its mask mandate, most businesses seem uninterested in reinstated their original business hours to pre-pandemic times. No matter what, I'll always look forward to visiting Santa Barbara, taking in the scenics views, enjoying the good food, and staying in various hotels on each visit.

Talk about some deals. I used to shop at this store often. It's large, bright and usually clean - although it can look like a storm ran through if at the end of the day. In a city filled with expensive boutiques, budget-minded folks like myself enjoy the fact that we don't have to drive down south for a good clothing deal. I will admit that the clothing quality is on the cheap side so you pay for what you get. That said, I've worn certain items from here several times before there were any signs of deterioration. I'm gentle with my clothes so they typically tend to last a long time. One thing I take advantage of is their random sales. There always seem to be discounts and the coupons flow freely here. A good deal in general. I'm in need of some summer garments so may have to stop in here again soon.

I like to buy some of my clothes that Old Navy. They fit my style and the price is right. Good honest main screen clothing. Could catch things on sale quite often!

This is my favorite Old Navy store to shop in because there are so many pleasant and helpful sales associates. I have to tell you that my favorite person is Jesus. I am a big shopper and I must say he's the nicest and must professional associate you're going to find. And the sales and inventory has gotten better and better. It seriously encourages me to want to go in and shop !! I hope they appreciate how exceptional he is!!
