Don't place any online order for store pick up- Order never received by store- even though they sent email- there is no option to cancel and get refund online- on email-no phone # other than the store number who already told me that they didn't receive the order- called 1800 SHOP CVS (phone hours 8-7) who said they will auto cancel and refund after 3 days if you don't pick up- can't process cancellation or refund by the customer service today-cashier tried to have me do another online order- which doesn't make sense since CVS already messed up online order and not willing to refund me the money

This review is for the photo department. I don't recommend ordering holiday cards here. The quality is terrible. A lot of the pictures I bought had scratches on them! Some of the prints had white edges.

This is so much better than the one I used to go to on Saratoga. The pharmacy is run by people who actually seem to care about the customers.

Don't even bother coming here EVER!!! They look at you and if you look asian or black, they will insult you. Especially the woman with the glass and blond hair, this woman is VERY rude and rotten to the core.I came here to buy cough syrup for my girlfriend because she got cold and was coughing. Me and my gf brought our IDs and everything. All of us are adults and my sister came in here with me to CVS. We were waiting at self purchase because we only have one item. It seems like the cashier was bothered and annoyed because we were at self purchase. She walked up to us after making us wait. As soon as she arrived, she immediately asked for all of our IDs. My gf was the only one buying and she was showing her ID too. But the cashier didn't bother looking because my sister didn't bring her ID. She Immediately grab the cough syrup from my gf hand's aggressively. It looks like the cashier wanted to slap my gf.Is it illegal to buy medicine if someone is sick? Why? Will it be okay if they are your loved ones. Are we harming others by buying a cough syrup? No wonder you guys have 2 STAR RATING!!!We went to another CVS, bought it and they don't even bother asking for IDs. Is not like 10 year old child is coming to buy. This woman is racist and karma will come back to you.

What a joke! So rude and poor customer service. I have no idea why CVS is still hiring people like her. If I COULD RATE THIS STORE OR HER, I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE A NEGATIVE 10. The lady working at the cashier was so rude to us. She roughly grab the syrup from my bro's hand and walked away as she didn't care. Her behaviors, attitude and body language were obviously not very respectful. Now we are traumatized by her. Here is the story- My bro's gf was sick and needs cough syrup for her. So she comes to CVS with her bf(my bro), her bro and me. We were come along because we were so worried about her. After grabbing what she needs, she showed her ID at checkout but that Karen lady refuse to sell her and told us to get out because the two of us forgot to bring our ID. I mean we aren't buying it! SHE IS! Why does she need our ID when we are not buying a thing! It doesn't make any sense. SHE IS BUYING THE MEDICINE NOT THE W**D OKK? lol. To continue the story, WE WENT TO ANOTHER CVS AND GOT THE SAME COUGH SYRUP. NEITHER THEY ASK FOR OUR ID NOR RUDE TO US.

Called the pharmacy 1/30/24 spoke with the pharmacist who REFUSED to take my phone prescription order for a medication (Paxlovid), he then told me to stay on the line and placed me on hold for 15 minutes and never got back to me.Absolutely unacceptable!

The one star is for the kindness and helpfulness of the pharmacy's customer service team. I had to wait 30 mins for my medication to be ready, and the pharmacist Kenny Tang was extremely rude while also clearly inexperienced by giving me misleading instructions. I would not recommend this location if you would like a fast and smooth experience.

This pharmacy submitted Medicare reimbursement claim of our glucose meter but was never dispensed to us. When asked, they said the order expired and needed new orders. After the physician sent new order, we were told that Medicare only allows one machine every 5 years and it was too early to refill. When CVS was asked to proof when it was given to us, they couldn’t. It did get resolved after months long talking to different people.

At their very optimal efforts, with rocket boosters, a team from MIT, and from "God" almighty himself/herself/they/them...CVS gets a solid C-In my own opinion from my experiences at these stores, as well as other CVS'.I've been using the CVS store on 222 Saratoga Ave for two years. They closed a couple months ago so I just went to the Homestead location. The Saratoga Ave pharmacy was a freakshow. They had this psycho, racist pharm tech Archina Bunker. That in itself was just weird. I digress.A few weeks before the store closed, I went to the 2700 Homestead Rd and made sure that all my scripts would be moved to the new location. Obviously, the data is centralized, but I had controlled prescriptions as well. When I asked about it, the pharmacist de jour just stood there like an idiot and stared at me. Then mumbled something about narcotics, and blah blah blah. He totally misunderstood my concern, made no effort to get it clarified, and then responded much like a robot would. In the end, when they were implementing the data transfer, on their back end, they totally jacked all of my records. Then I had to go through CVS and their IT support. What a clown car that was. Now the new store has a tattered fragment of my prescription history. I also had brought this up with a pharmD and she had absolutely no clue what was going on.The front staff... whether or not you get 'customer service' is equivalent to playing slots - most of the time you lose. It is so painfully obvious that they have absolutely no training - aside from a five minute 'Welcome to the CVS family' video or something. On average, they have no idea what they're doing. A couple of them have just enough knowledge that they give pseudo authoritative responses to questions. Sounds 'cool' but is of no consequence.A couple days ago (Jan 2023) I went to pick up several prescriptions. Seems that there's ALWAYS a new person working there every two weeks. She lays out my scripts across the counter so she could scan them. After, she just says ok thanks and then immediately goes into low-power mode. I'm like, I am gonna need a bag for all of these. She said it'll cost 10 cents. Obviously she wasn't connecting the dots that with this many prescriptions, any reasonable person would put them into a bag first. In fact she did nothing. So I grabbed all my stuff one by one and put it under my arm. As usual nowadays, in this sort of interaction, the party providing the service is like using a 300 baud modem. Wow. Just wow.I'm tiring. I'll definitely have an update to this soon enough.

Poor customer service/ phone etiquette. Hang up the phone on you without explanation They say they are busy but when I go in only a couple of people are in line. If you have a serious need such as seizure medication or heart medication or diabetes or other life saving medication I would steer clear of this location. It could cost you your life. This is Unacceptable!

The pharmacy closes from 1:30 to 2:00 daily. That isn't noted on their website from what I can see.....
