I made the mistake of sending my prescription here. They were out of stock, which has never happened to me. 2 weeks later they call saying they don't know whether I'm coming to pick up or if they should keep it on the shelf, so I should call them back. Of course that only gives me the automated system, which says they'll hold it for a week. Hopefully it'll be there when I go to pick it up ?

Came in to pick up some halls for my throat left with a headache as well from the old outdated non stop flickering fluorescent lights. All the lights literally flicker non stop!! Shelves are empty not sure what the point of this store being open is. GO TO ANOTHER CVS SAVE YOUR TIME

The people who work here are fine. They do their job. But the store itself? I have traveled a lot and shopped a lot! This store, bar none, is the filthiest I have ever been in! I doubt they have swept or mopped in a month. There were used Band Aids and used toothpick flossers all over right where you line up to pick up your prescriptions. And the size of the dust bunnies? The flickering lights (a migraine trigger) were the icing on the cake. I would much more have expected to see someone shooting up in a corner rather than feel comfortable buying clean medical supplies (bandages, gauze, medicines) in this store.

I went in for Covid booster shot in the morning and they were only a few minutes behind schedule. My previous booster at Walgreens was 30 mins behind schedule (despite being the first appointment in the morning). My pharmacist was Lan and she was professional, friendly and fast. The pharmacist behind the counter was also helpful as she acknowledged people and let them know that she'll help them once she's available. It's not easy to manage with just two pharmacists and I appreciate their hard work.

I went to get a passport picture today, just to find out the camera was broken and they don't know, when they will get a new camera.Then, I went to the pharmacy to get updated on a vaccine just to find out that the computer is frozen and the system is down.

Any question or help you need always look for Michael. Dude probably had a whole bunch of tasks to do and took the time to go and help me with my entire order. Easily one of the best employees I’ve ever met in my life. Give him a raise!

Pharmacy is horrible. I stepped on a rusty nail and was afraid of getting tetanus infection. Since I arrived 5 minutes before closing I guess my infection can wait because the pharmacist has to leave in 5 mins !

My family used the CVS photo app to get pictures printed. Easy and friendly app to use. Arrived after we placed the order and nice cashier helped me but did not see the prints. Said to try back tomorrow. Got a new email saying they were being printed 3 days later and went back same day (today) got the email. Different cashier said machine has been broke for over a month and to get printed somewhere else. Did not even attempt to look. Very dismissive. If it has been broken why was I told to come back…..

You know a CVS is bad when a corner store or seven eleven has more stock of things on the shelf. Spoke to the manager and she said they have products in the back but no staff to shelf them. I asked if they can check for my products. She tells me she will get in trouble if she did. Shocking it’s like walking into a store in North Korea

If you visit this place you'll most likely be greeted with under-stocked medicine shelves and virtually no staff available for any help. Used to be my go-to drug store in close proximity to my house but the place degraded dramatically in quality in all respects. Not a dent on the staff itself but CVS should take note and do something about it and staff and stock the stores at proper levels.

I am sure my review doesn’t mean much to the CVS corporate folks but I will say it anyways. I know this location will eventually close along with Safeway next door. Maybe that’s why they just don’t care. I was there yesterday waiting to pick up my prescription. The person behind the counter was helping another customer and it was taking a very long time. That’s perfectly fine. What wasn’t okay was that she knew I was there waiting. Not a single acknowledgment of “I will be right with you”. When I asked if there was anyone else she said annoyingly “I will be right there”. So I walked away. I am transferring my prescriptions to elsewhere. That will be the last time there will see me there.

There were glass shelves just empty.I must've walked in on a bad day?This was by far, the worst CVS or any drugstore I've walked into.

One of the worst CVS stores I’ve ever been too. The store is very outdated, messy, lights flickering. Staff is great but the company needs to clean this place up and invest some money. It’s a shame to see.
