Unfortunately we have video proof that the "white glove blanket delivery" of expensive custom swivel chairs ordered from Shop the Studio in Los Gatos were literally thrown against a wall by the single delivery person who carried them into the house. There were no blankets on the pieces and no white gloves. This happened not once but at least TWICE as documented on the security video camera that plainly captured the entire scene. We did not get any reimbursement for damaged mattress despite the video evidence of it being thrashed. Twice. A brand new mattress (still in wrapper) was damaged because the delivery person thought it wise the use the new mattress as a trampoline to break the fall of each swivel chair as he literally threw it against the wall. Remarkably he threw at least one chair so hard against the mattress it literally dented the wall and ruined the new paint job too. It's almost not believable until you see the video and hear the crunch of the chair, mattress and wall. Even after submitting their paperwork for damage claims along with video we were only offered a discount on the delivery but not the $1000 to replace the mattress. All without a call or apology. This place seems focused only about charging fees and not about actually holding their staff accountable and serving the customer with grace. Be careful dealing with these folks.

I highly recommend this company! My home is located in the unincorporated, central San Mateo County Coastside area and frankly I am accustomed to unpredictable delivery services. My experience with Justo was simply perfect, from the very start with an efficient and responsive scheduling system to the as scheduled timely delivery by two very pleasant and considerate gentlemen. Thank you.

Yesterday one of your delivery trucks was consistently going 85mph, which is INSANE. A truck like that, that size, should NEVER be going faster than 75!!! Its dangerous to everyone around them, especially in windy conditions. As you can see I have a dashcam, so if the picture isn't satisfying I'll happily supply the video as it displays the speed.

Avoid this service! My experience with Justo has been horrible. I expected white glove service for the delivery of my crib and dresser. They delivered the dresser with no legs and no knobs, and the dresser was damaged with BLACK marks. They had to come back a second time to correct and the error. Assemble your furniture yourself and save your money and the headache of working with them or hire a TaskRabbit or something. Would not recommend.

Our experience with Justo Blanket Wrap Delivery was horrible. November 4, 2021 we contracted with Justo to deliver a very expensive console from the Baker Showroom within the San Francisco Design Center to our Lake Tahoe home. Justo picked up the console on November 8th, transported and delivered it while uncreated. The console was damaged in several places. Naturally we refused delivery. Justo assured us they would repair all the damage. After repairs, January 14, 2022, Justo made another attempt to deliver our, console. While reattaching the top of the console to the legs, in front of us, Justo's delivery personnel chipped off a large piece of stone. Justo's personnel also announced that the original hardware for the console had been lost so, even if they wanted to, they could not have attached the top of the console to the legs. Again, we refused delivery until proper repairs were completed. March 11th, Justo attempted another delivery. Upon delivery Justo was unable to attach the top of the console to the sides due to inadequate repairs. Also, Justo was unable to find the console's original hardware so supplied us with a mix-matched set of replacement hardware. March 27th, Justo sent a technician to our house to repair the damage. At this time, due to excessive moving, the damage had increased to include several chips at the base of the console's stone legs. April 1st, Justo sent their delivery crew back to our house to properly reassemble the console. Once again, the crew was unable to assemble the console due to inadequate repairs. Naturally, during this process we notified our credit card company to stop payment on the delivery charges. We assured Justo we would make payment in full upon successful repairs to our console. We sent Justo a detailed four page timeline regarding all communications, etc. April 19th we received an email response from Kirk Berube, CEO of Justo Blanket Wrap Delivery. He stated Justo had done enough and would not be handling the issue any further. He further accused us of buying the console sight unseen and that it had been damaged when Justo went to pick it up at the Baker Showroom. Unbelievable! Not only did we not buy it sight unseen, but we had thoroughly inspected the console and taken pictures while it was in the Baker Showroom. And, the Baker Showroom manager verified Baker/McGuire furniture would never release a piece of furniture that was damaged. Yet, as President and CEO of Justo Blanket Wrap, Kirk Berube feels justified abandoning the situation. This action is extremely unprofessional and not a legacy any business should want for their company. Meanwhile, we are in possession of a very expensive console that cannot be properly assembled due to damaged caused by Justo. DO NOT do business with such an unprofessional company. Justo delivered my mattress purchased from a major online company. Perfect coordination between mfg and deliverer. Polite Justo phone support contacted me and scheduled next day delivery. Justo online tracker counts down my position on the delivery list to within 15 minutes. Driver called 5 mins before arrival. Ten minutes to remove old mattress and unwrap new one. Delighted with service.

Justo's customer service is top notch! I had a mattress delivered by these guys, excellent work, zero complaints even though we live on the 2nd floor. The mattress isn't quite right, so I returned it to the company and Justo is doing the pickup. The mattress I'm getting as a replacement is from a less than communicative company so I've had to reschedule pickup multiple times with Justo and they've been gracious and amenable every time. Every time I call the folks are so friendly. I wish they were doing the delivery of my new mattress! Fantastic levels of patience all around.

Justo called to organize a delivery 3 days out with a note that they would call "day of" with a window to deliver. Received Invoice via email before I hung up initial phone call. Each day up to delivery I got a collections call to pay the invoice. On the 2nd collections call I notified them I am happy to pay as soon as I get the delivery. Keep in mind we are a repeat customer. Annoying to ask for payment when services have not been rendered. In the services industry I do not see this as a best practice. If you need money upfront I recommend you ask for a deposit. Not white glove treatment experience.

A few months ago I ordered a mattress that was delivered by Justo. They were prompt and professional, providing good communication to set up an appointment, issued automatic reminders as my appointment approached, and took extreme care when delivering the large cumbersome king mattress. About a month into the mattress and I noticed there was an annoying manufacturing defect. The mattress company quickly placed a replacement order. When it was ready, Justo set up another appointment, picked up the original mattress, and set up the replacement. It was also the same team both times, so they were familiar with the difficulties of my layout when arriving. I'm very pleased with the service they provided and would recommend them.

Their drivers are horrible. I have been followed too closely and honked at. If they had a customers load in that truck, it certainly isn’t handled with care.

This delivery company is by far the worst! They picked up an order from my workshop and did not have the proper paperwork to confirm the order and hand no idea what they needed to pick up. On top of that they took a pair of chairs from my workshop without confirming. When we contacted them they did absolutely nothing to help. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
