I literally just relocated to a whole different state to start a new job. I didn't get a chance to bring all my furniture because of the distance and hassle, I decided to buy a new set once I got there. The first night I bought an air mattress thinking I'd have to sleep on it while ordering a bed, I was prepared to sleep on it for a month. I was recommended to Bao and we picked out a bed frame and mattress that was in my budget, I talked to him on 10/31/22. I was at work today (11/1/22, yes the next day) and I get a call and guess what? MY BED WAS WAITING AT MY APARTMENT. I rushed home to sign for it, after I got off assembled it by myself within an hour or so. The quality is AMAZING! The mattress is memory foam and COMFORTABLE AND THE HEADBOARDS IMAGES ONLINE DOES NOT DO IT JUSTICE!! It has MIRRORS BETWEEN THE CRACKS!!!! If I could give them 20 stars I freaking would! Service, communication, quality and speed.. Next month I need to dress my living room and believe, I will be ordering it ALL from NorCal furniture!

We went in to buy a Recliner after seeing so many positive reviews . Barry was nice , patient and helped us choose the model we wanted. He’s got a ton of options through catalogues and the delivery & setup was great .

Poor communication and return policy. Ordered dining table...quality is bad. Not sturdy. Almost lopsided two times. When we said we want to return it as it is not safe (within 30days). They said we don't returns without boxes. The boxes were already taken by the delivery guys. They didn't inform about the return policy. Now I am stuck with this horrible dinning table. I won't recommend it to anyone. please don't buy if you cannot see the item. Also check return policy.

I have been buying furniture from NorCal since years now and one thing I can say for sure, they have very good quality, very durable furniture for very affordable prices and also the different variety of choices they have are far better than what you get in the US Based Giant Furniture stores. Highly Recommend!

I have known Barry for about a decade now. I have bought multiple sofas, entire bedroom furniture for my son, living room furniture including glass top center table etc. Every single item bought was priced justly and very enduring furniture. I found NorCal furniture by searching on google maps, and let me tell you Barry 100% deserves all these amazing reviews. I didn’t read the reviews too closely, and was a bit surprised that the location isn’t a showroom, but a garage with catalogs that you can look through. Don’t let that deter you! Barry is really good at recommending items that suit your preferences and budget, and his prices are much better than other online (or offline) retailers for the same furniture. He is not pushy at all, and is very communicative, responsive, and just SO easy to work with. I also got my furniture within a week that I paid including delivery, which is really fast. Very happy customer:)

Have purchased furniture from Barry 2 times (six years apart). The variety of options, prices and service has been top notch. He honors warranty when I had some issues with the sofa once and also replaced a box spring for no extra cost after I changed my mind. Would recommend his store.

I had just moved into a new apartment in Mountain View and needed it furnished fast. Also, I needed everything delivered via a white glove service that included assembly and setup. I found everything I needed through NorCal furniture and the staff was very friendly and transparent with me on availability and delivery of my items. I was even texting back and forth with their staff on several items. They even shared the catalog for their partner stores with me, which opened up my choices even more for living room, dining, bedroom and office furniture. They arrived on the delivery date as promised and assembled everything for me. Very friendly and easy staff to work with. You are better off buying furniture from a local store, such as NorCal furniture, if you want great selection, competitive pricing, prompt and friendly service and white glove service.

We had an excellent experience working with Barry and team on furniture order and delivery -- we had to set up a new home with furniture for a few events, with a very aggressive timeline, working late evenings and weekends to make decisions. Barry was available at all hours, and really accommodated many of our requests. Pricing was also overall very competitive, and Barry was extremely flexible with payment schedule. I really had a great experience working with him. He'll be the first one I go to for my future furniture needs.
