Ordered a bedroom set. They sent the WRONG one. We had to call numerous times and get this runaround (4-5 agents with all different stories) to return the set. Finally it was returned, the right item was ordered, and was told the first item will be fully refunded. Surprise surprise they held a 90$ shipping and moving fee. KEEP IN MIND. This was their mistake and were not transparent about a 90$ fee AT ALL. Highly disappointed in this companies ignorance. It was their mistake for the wrong order, which they admit, and are still charging the "customer" who has taken plenty of time out of their day to get this sorted out. We will dispute the charge, and return the second (correct) item. Shame on you pottery barn.

Valley Fair store has the absolute worst customer service (starting with the manager). They refused to sell a tray off of their floor (even though they had multiples throughout their store). Save yourself frustration and head to Palo Alto (where they consistently go above and beyond for their customers). I immediately went to PA and purchased the same tray off of their floor with no issue at all. As a regular pottery barn customer that loves their products, I will never ever go to the Valley Fair store again.

If you're looking for curbside pickup, they "aren't doing it anymore." Despite what their email and text pickup instructions say, they refused to bring the items I paid good money for to my car. I had to park and go into the mall, which I was uncomfortable with. Parking is horrible here and I did not know where the store was. They showed no remorse for their mistake, either! I'll be sure not to shop here again in the future. Many other establishments without false advertising would be happy to have the business instead, I'm sure.

We shop at Pottery Barn all the time. The other day my husband and I went to the store to see if we could buy split king sheets for our bed in another color other than white. JJ helped us and tried to find what we wanted but, prevailed. She did however, suggested boll & branch. We ordered from Boll & Branch and got what we wanted. The sheets came in a beautiful white box, tied in a ribbon. It was quite impressive. Thank you JJ for all your work. We will be back to Pottery Barn.

Not only is the quality meh for the price, the customer service, furniture repair and delivery team is horrific. Spent $3k on a sofa; cushions arrived damaged. Had cushions picked up for repair, it's now been a month, they can't fix it and can't get my hold cushions back. New ones apparently are on order and will arrive in June. Don't trust a word they say.

Jane was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I've been looking for a good sofa and really have no idea where to start in regards to fabric, especially. I spoke to her on the phone then was lucky enough to work with her in the store later in the day. I appreciate her info on all my Qs and for the taking the time to explain the different aspects to me!

I ordered 3 products online on December 4th for my wife's Christmas gifts. Said they would be here by the 15th if December. Called today to find out what is going on as they still have not come and kept getting delivery dates updated further and further out. Come to find out they never shipped. The only good thing is I will be getting my money returned, will not shop here again.

Love love love pottery barn! But if you're a person of color trust that will not be treated with respect at this location. I was here today and the Cashier Buki was so incredibly rude. She looked so annoyed from the get go, wouldn't look at my sister and I in the eye at all. Never acknowledged our presence and basically had no interest in helping us check out. As if things couldnt go any worse, my sister needed her to look up her PB credit card and Buki responded by telling us that looking up her credit card would take a while expecting us to just say never mind. We told her we didn't mind waiting, so she proceeded to call the credit line for assistance. They asked her why she was calling and she responded by saying "I don't know why she needs me to look it up, I guess she forgot it or something"
I mean honestly what was her deal?
PB you need to make sure customer service isn't like this, she had no right to treat us like garbage.

If you purchase anything from Pottery Barn that must be delivered, go somewhere else to make your purchase. Pottery Barn does not understand how keep delivery commitments, and more importantly, they don't care.

Superb customer service, my wife and I couldn't have been more thrilled with our shopping experience!!! Ordered an entire bedroom set and had the furniture (delivered & installed) within several weeks of our purchase date.

My family and I went to pottery barn today. There was a very kind,nice,helpful employee named Jeanette. We were looking for chairs,consol,stools, and nicnacks. It didn't take very long to find the right ones that fit our style. Jeanette was very helpful in a sense that she pointed out a few items we would like best. She already had an idea of what we were looking for since we were at this same location a day or two ago. She helped us find what we were looking for.
