Why I can't make an appointment over the phone for a flu and covid booster. I drive a long way and have my prescriptions sent here but if I can't make appointment over phone my business will move elsewhere

My go-to pharmacy, the location is great. The wait time is very reasonable and the place is always really clear. I left Walgreens on El Camino for this location and it was the BEST decision. I like how friendly the staff is as well.
