I want to make all prospective customers aware of what this deceptive business doesn't do: make customers aware that the so-called 100-night trial is extremely conditional and should not be considered to be any protection against ending up with a bed that is not comfortable while being extremely overpriced. The adjustable base is a non-returnable item. The salesperson will never come out with that information and also won't tell you you are signing a contract agreeing to everything except the mattress as final sale. So when they ask you to sign "the receipt" it is actually a contract and you are agreeing to terms they don't mention anything about. To the contrary they make a big deal about the so-called "100-night trial" that leaves them keeping the original $250 delivery charge and charging you another $250 to return ONLY THE MATTRESS.Nothing is stocked, everything is ordered for delivery. I guess for some people everything actually works at delivery but in my case the remote controls for the mattresses (dual twin with adjustable bases) didn't work, so the installer called back for instructions. Then he promised that he would return the next day to fix the issue. When no one showed I called the service number. They scheduled me 3 weeks later to repair the problem. That's right, 3 weeks. After I could actually try sleeping on the new beds 3 weeks later I was having a hard time finding the right number. The bed didn't feel good like the test bed in the store, and I couldn't get it to actually be comfortable at all. I kept waking up all night. When the 30-night test was up , I asked to return the beds. That's when they finally told me the adjustable bases can not be returned. So I am going to see how many people I can tell what Sleep Number won't tell you:READ THE ENTIRE CONTRACT THEY CALL A RECEIPT BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING or you will be sorry you ever set foot in this deceptive place (like I am).So after spending $6100 in this place I only get back $2100 and now I have 2 adjustable bases I don't know what to do with because I put my king bed back in my room. It turns out that a 20-year old Sealy mattress is much more comfortable than a glorified air mattress that is nothing but 100% over-hyped garbage.Reply to Chris V: I have already given you a chance to do what is right and you didn't do it. Now I will go out of my way to stop as many people as possible from making my mistake. My mistake was to trust you. That's why I'm warning people to read the fine print you don't want them to know until after it's too late and they have signed what you neglect to inform them is a contract. Very deceptive. You should be ashamed.

Wish we would have not purchasedWe have had this bed for over a year and haven't slept on it much since our replacement bed came (a month after purchase) we were having issues with the original beds features working- and after the technician came out, he said it had to be replaced. Well, the bed they replaced it with was even worse! But you only get "one replacement" bed even though it was within only a few months of buying. We were told we just had to get used to the features. Well, my wife and I now sleep on our old mattress in the spare room each night. We've tried to sleep on this bed, and it's seems to be just a glorified air mattress. Absolutely nothing like the bed we tried in the store. If we could have returned the adjustable base, this bed would have been returned within 30 days. Since the adjustable frame was non refundable- we were stuck. Just want to let everyone know that not all experiences seen on ads, or by the people selling them, are accurate. We've reached out several time- including other reviews that were not as harsh- to get no response in return. I'm sure this review will be just the same-This is the review I sent to sleep number- and immediately after was sent a response stating my review would not be accepted because: "Thank you for submitting a review. We value your contribution, but unfortunately your review had one of the following issues and had to be declined: - mentioned a competitor- included personally identifiable information of you or someone else- included inappropriate media- contained a URL- was vague or needed more detail- included profanity Thank you again for sharing, and we hope to publish your feedback next time!"They did not request any information- just wanted to let us know that our poor review wouldn't be published. (Of course not- why would they want to do that?!) Hopefully this review at least allows others to do their research before investing in a company that has a terrible product, poor customer service, and picks and chooses what reviews they want to portray on their website.

Josh was so helpful and welcoming. Both sales people made me feel like I could take the time I needed to decide what I wanted. There was no pressure which was much appreciated. I will go back to this store for my bed.

I purchased a Sleep Number Queen single chamber i8 smart bed, Flexfit 2 base and Bernhardt tailored panel upholstered bed in February, 2019 and took delivery in June 2019. This was a major expense for me. I was so hopeful that I would eventually find the right sleep number and bed position setting that would provide me a painless nights sleep. I've tried them all and there is no pain free sleep. The honeymoon was over after 3 months. Since then, I dread going to bed. Every night is associated with pain - back, hip, shoulder, elbow or neck. sleeping on back or side, curled up with knees to chest, getting out of the bed. This bed is a torture chamber. I purchased the base and upholstered bed to maximize the benefit of the mattress, in spite of finding them aesthetically unappealing. The situation is now beyond bleak. And besides the physical pain, everything about this acquisition has been a nightmare. Highlights as below: Tech visit in June, 2019, to lower bed, couldn't lower it as much as promised in store, AND, tech left dirty hand prints on the upholstery. Sleep Number did offer to pay for cleaning, but too much was going on to follow up on that. During the above visit, the technicians found that the mattress did not have the correct cover, meaning the magnets were not in the right position for the base. The correct cover and magnet deck were replaced in July, 2019. The side of the bed that I sleep on (and I am the only one sleeping in the bed) began sagging. I am 5'7" and 127 pounds. This mattress was certainly not made for heavier folks. The mattress has no firm edges to start with, but sitting while sagging, causes the sitter to find themselves on the floor. Finally I contacted customer support in July 2020. The support person determined that the foam needed to be replaced, ordered a new foam comfort layer and underpad, and scheduled the installation. This was several months into the pandemic. On the day scheduled for installation, I received a call from the tech that his car broke down. I presumed that the installation would have to be rescheduled for another day. But an hour later, the technician arrived, by himself, having taken a taxi cab with his large boxes and proceeded to carry them up, brought them in and performed the installation by himself. Amazing! He was a masked young man, friendly, kind, and incredibly organized as he laid all all of the parts and masterfully put it all back together. He deserves great kudos! The mattress, unrelated to the above, kept sliding down. Pillows would fall through the headboard and top of mattress, and I would have to push the mattress back up towards headboard. Not easy to do as it is heavy. Unrelated I decided that I wanted to replace the mattress pad and ordered a replacement. Not realizing the mattress pads came in different configurations based on whether the mattress was single or dual chamber, I ordered the wrong one and exchanged for the single chamber pad. While waiting for delivery of the new pad, I decided that I needed one that would totally encase the mattress. In exploring how this could be done, I discovered that the magnet nearest me was detached from the mattress cover. Maybe that was why my mattress kept sliding down. I again called customer support. Again this is still pandemic time in 2021. Everyone everywhere was minimally staffed, and wait times lasted indefinitely. Finally received a call back, from an absolutely lovely support person. She was likely working from home and I was on the phone with her for over an hour, while she checked this and that. She ultimately determined that the mattress pads that I had ordered were incorrect as they were for a "legacy" mattress. She proceed to order the "correct" mattress cover with attached magnets and the "correct" "non legacy" mattress pad. It was traumatizing that have to sit though that call for that long. Never again. Well the new mattress pad and mattress cover were delivered and installation was scheduled. When the installers unpacked the cover

We went to Valley Fair to try out Purple, but ended up seeing Sleep Number on our way there so we decided to stop by. We were fully planning on buying a Purple or Casper - but Jordan was so helpful and knowledgeable that we ended up buying from Sleep Number! We had a great experience working with Jordan and highly recommend.

I have had this bed for 2 years. The mattress is very good. The sleep number system works as advertised. The adjustable base malfunctions on a regular basis. Turn it off and on again and it works for a few days. Called the manufacturer Leggitt and Platt and they will not honor the warranty I got when I bought the bed. Very disappointing. Will post more later as I dig into this.

I can't rate the bed because I can't seem to get it delivered. We ordered it September 4th and delivery was scheduled on October 4th. The third party delivery company showed up and we had not taken the frame off of our headboard. My husband did it but when he went to tell them, they had gone without even saying good bye. We have had a terrible time rescheduling. The customer service is TERRIBLE and now since the bed is apart we have been sleeping on an air mattress. The earliest they can redeliver is in a week. I would NEVER recommend them again because of their delivery company.

Jordan assisted us and he was fantastic! He walked us through all the options and also helped us understand what's the best setting for us. He was very patient in answering all our queries and gave us the time to make a decision and try the beds. Further Jordan is very knowledgeable and did a great job in helping us find a great bed. I have backpain and Jordan was very understanding of that and helped us figure out an appropriate option. Sleep number has this cool thing where they helped us understand our setting (firmness). Jordan helped us out with all of this.

This company is dishonest and deceptive. Their sales agents will clearly tell you one thing and then have you sign electronically so that you don't know the actual details of your agreement. Since Covid hey have they have made modifications to their bed bases reverting to outdated technology so that they have attached corded remotes that are not adjustable from one's phone or any purchased separate remotes. They also hide the fact that one is unable to ever return the expensive bed bases even if you don't like the mattress and try to return them per their claim one has a trial period to test their beds. Their sales agents will lie to your face to make a sale and deliver a product that is not the product you think you are purchasing and then refuse to accept any returns. We now see that we were lied to several occasions by several different representatives. Be warned. Don't trust a sleep number agents and don't buy their beds!!!! Responding to your response "Because you now admit that the salesman don't always tell the truth and you must "CYA" with a multi page disclaimer the customer is required to sign, I'll now advise anyone who buys from Sleep Number to have the written contract you provide reviewed by their lawyer before signing."

I had a great purchasing experience with Ha-Rim. He is nice, patience and explain the features of the mattress in a good way. I did not plan to buy the pillow when I walked into the store. However, the way Ha-rim talked to me makes me really want to buy the products from the store.

YIKES! Be careful giving out ANY personal information to these people. Myself and a bunch of my friends went into this store looking for beds. We did not purchase that day, because the price was way too high, but we were not too bright and gave the sales associate our personal information. Unfortunately, this was the WORST MISTAKE EVER. The sales people call us now on a daily basis bothering us about the bed. We have told them numerous times to please, kindly stop calling us because we ARE NOT interested in the bed due to the high cost. They literally have called every single day for the past few months. We are at the point now where we are pursuing legal action against this company for stalking/harassment, and other charges. BEWARE!
