The lady that works in the electronics lied and told my son they have a Nintendo switch in stock and it was showing online they had one. I drove all the way from fremont and she says we never had one in stock today. The nerve of some liars. Customer service was also no help in even trying to look it up for me/ they just told me to go to electronics. Bunch of liars!!

I've had very good experiences here ordering online and picking up. It's always quick and easy. Returns are easy, too. I just brought it to the customer service counter and got my money back no problem.

Target has always been one of my favorite stores, but genuinely, the staff are all so kind, and really understanding of disabilities. I had fainted in the store while with my friend and the staff were quick to help make sure I was safe and I was ok. I do really appreciate the environment that target fosters, and I greatly appreciate everyone working there who is so understanding and lovely <3

They hired a well known p3dophil3 named James Borquez aka luljaime on tiktok. He's been caught sending inappropriate pictures to minors. He's also known for taking pictures of other people's cars endangering them. Please do better background checks on your hires

Needed to change cell phone carrier from Verizon to Consumer Cellular. There was some kind of glitch in the transfer and I could not use my phone to make phone calls, text, or voice message. I came into the Santa Clara Target and Zack Gilson was there to help me with my problem. Zach carefully listened to my laments, trying to figure out what could cause my phone not to work properly. After checking some settings, he called Verizon and Consumer Cellular. Zach was so polite and friendly on the phone with the carrier customer service reps. After going back and forth, the problem was found and resolved. He checked to make sure everything was working properly before sending me off. Thank you so much, Zach!!!! I felt lost without the use of my phone. You put a big smile on my face. Target is very lucky to have such as a wonderful employee!

I had an awful encounter with a cashier called Anna where she put her hand down her pants once while we were right in front of her and then she did it again a 2 time and completely went into her pants and We were even able to see skin & I had to remove all my items and change registers because she was going to touch all my toddlers things including drinking cups and clothes without washing or hand sanitizing her hands. Made a complaint to the actual store and they did absolutely nothing she was there doing the same thing not so long after the incident. I'd avoid her scanning my items if possible

Bad customer service. So fortunately they had what I needed this time but it is ridiculous that at almost 10am there was not one checker, you have to use self check out and then you could go through and buy just alcohol through someone they could call. Based on these guidelines I placed the alcohol to the side and decided I would purchase it somewhere else.

Sifan, as a Manager of the store you shower me terrible customer service... hopefully one day Target realize about your poor management skills... you are useless...I was trying to return shirt for $19.95 with receipt and the Customer service was telling me it was already return it... I asked for Manager... Sifan, manager came... very tick accent and helpless... couldn't provide me the proper reason to return shirt... I spend over 15 minutes to Return item without any luck... this target is terrible...

Went to the Target in Santa Clara off El Camino Real specifically to buy a microphone for my sons computer. The Targets in San Jose ran out of these specific microphones. Once we arrived there my son quickly located the microphone. There were at least three there. Paid for it using my Target card. Saved $7.00 and I used a $5.00 gift card too. Saved a total of $12.00. A decent savings for one item! Didn't need to buy anything else. We left satisfied.
