No cashiers at all. Just self checkout. Long waiting line. 10:30 Saturday . There were plenty of helpful clerks stocking the shelves... Just 0 cashiers. I even hollered for some help... no response.

I entering to do some shopping, however I stopped in the rest room first and what I saw and heard was very disturbing. First the rest room was a horrible mess...floors literally covered with all sorts of paper strewn everywhere. Second a woman was barricaded in a stall, some sir of paper stuffed around the door. She was verbally loud saying crazy things like this is the devils bathroom you better get out bad things are happening here along with cussing and the F word frequently, nonstop. I approached the customer return desk and reported it to the gal there (muslin, no offense intended, not racist, descriptive wearing her scarf). Told her of the conditions in the restroom and the woman. She smiled politely and said thank you. Somehow I have the distinct feeling nothing I reported was taken seriously.

Stay away from this target. The bathrooms are super filthy. The men's restroom had fevers tracked all over the floor and inside the stall. Now it would've been okay if it's just a singular event but this is an ongoing situation. Week after week. This is the closer one to my house and I travel to the Sunnyvale one for convenience.

Conveniently located but food shelves are always empty. They do not give their employees enough hours and we have to suffer by going to a farther Target.

Wanted price check on insulated bag without tag or shelf price, female employee at next aisle stocking shelf so I asked for price ck. She grabs scanner and I went back to double ck for shelf price-none. I come back to the cart and she return to stocking. I ask for her boss or other assistance and she conveys Spanish only. She looks around for another employee , sees no one and goes back to stocking. I ask her she can he supervisor or other and she say no. A distant male employee walks towards me to offer help and say he can get price BUT I did not have to be rude. WHat the hell-customer service no longer exist and the gall of this guy to tell me I'm rude. KMA keep your products-I'll go to Walmart

Came here earlier for drive up and had the best service from Lynn and Aurora... I was in a rush to get multiple drive up orders for a work event early in the morning. Lynn helped me with ease all with a smile on her face. Thank you for the great customer service and hospitality, Lynn and Aurora :) :)

I lived nearby for over 4 years, have driven this stretch of El Camino many times, and don't remember this Target ever having been around. Alas, it opened just after I moved to Oakland. Partly thanks to its relatively young age, the ambience inside is bright, wide-aisled, and relatively uncluttered. You'll find the usual layout of clothes up front, makeup, toiletries, and cleaning supplies off in one direction, a limited grocery area far in one corner, and electronics and household goods far in the rear.Prices on cleaning supplies and household items weren't necessarily the best on name-brand items, but sometimes there are good deals on in-house generic ones. This is also a useful place to grab fast-moving grocery items like Greek yogurt, bananas, and bottled water, all at prices that will beat Safeway and Lucky.Note: the smarmy stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Target Corporate and do not reflect this specific location - a violation of Yelp rules.

Solid Target, has lots of choices for home goods, it's definitely a great option for when you are moving to a new place and you need the basics, like a shower curtain or cleaning supplies, or a laundry basket. I think the clothes are a pretty good value, although you do get what you pay for, cheap prices equals cheap quality. Not my cup of tea for clothes, but for kids, why not? They outgrow them fast anyway. Food, forget about it! They have raised their prices ridiculously on food, gee thanks, what is it this time? The "covid" excuse? Insert eye roll here. There are still a few bargains, but you will need an eagle eye to find them.

***DON'T PURCHASE ANY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!*** I purchased 6x VISA Gift Cards at this location about a week ago. Each of them was worth $100 for a total of $600. The cards were never used and still in their original packaging. When I attempted to use one of the cards today, I wasn't able to purchase anything because it had insufficient funds. I checked the balance online and it said the available balance was $0.00. I looked at the transaction details, and the only transaction was for a $100 charge to TARGET. This happened for all 6 of the gift cards I purchased ($600 total), and each of the cards only had one transaction to you know where, TARGET! The cards were purchased at TARGET and the only transaction, clearing out the entire balance of each card, was also for TARGET. HELLA SHADY! I called customer service and explained the situation, they told me they could override and give me replacement cards. Cool. I went into the store and then they told me they couldn't do anything and that I needed to call corporate. Called corporate and they told me they couldn't do anything and I needed to call VISA. In my opinion, something isn't adding up. Either TARGET is selling faulty inventory and then taking no responsibility or stealing from their customers with no repercussions. Either way, I would advise you to not purchase any gift cards from this location because they will not take any accountability and have you running in circles trying to get your money back. I filed a claim with VISA and it will take 45-90 days for a refund.

Like I've said in posts before in this area Target is way better than Wal-Mart. This wasn't the location I shopped at all the time, but when I did it was always a good experience. Went here recently on my visit back home and I have to say it felt good to be in Target again. This Target has everything I need and the staff were so friendly.

Love coming to this store. This Target Store always seems to have products on hand expect for the customers receipt. When my receipt didn't print out the employees there didn't seem to have an answer nor the manager. I must of waited for half and hour for a response with no solution in sight. The Self Service debit machine seems to be hanging on its last screw with the area a mess. For the amount of employees just standing around, they could at least have someone standing post helping out customers. This Target is Great with its products and cleanliness, I just hope it's not heading in the wrong direction. Thanks.

Drove an hour out of my way for a product that said they had 2 of online and when I arrived the guy at the desk asked me if I had seen it on the floor, without moving from his spot. Then proceeded to tell me that online I will see things being in stock with up to 6 items and it simply won't be true. What I learned from this experience is that going to San Jose North is always a better option and don't rely on this target for literally anything.

I just called this target to ask a question about how much my gift card had on it; given the website was having issues. The woman who answered immediately cut me off, not even fully hearing what i was saying and saying she can't help with things like that. Then just said to go online or download the app and try it again. I then proceed to try to respond and finish my question, while she cuts me off again saying bye and hung up. She was insanely rude and had horrible customer service, don't know why such an impatient and rude woman would be put to answer the phone.

This is not about the rest of the store this is strictly for the electronics division. There is absolutely no customer care or responsibility in that department. I waited in line to get help after I couldn't find something, there was two people helping one customer behind the checkout stand after I was unable to find something I needed or needed some information. When it was my turn I told them what I was looking for and says yes we have it just give me a minute I'll meet you right over there. Nobody came for 10 minutes. I had to stand in line again yet another person was there and she was helping somebody else in another checkout register. I waited again she says I'll be right there she helped two more people I was the only one in line the first time now I have to wait for two other people in front of me. Not happy obviously she finally got out behind a counter and went to help somebody else looking for a TV. Very confused very upset I finally got somebody could help me. Explain to me what I needed got what I needed put it on the cash register counter to pay for it. Girl walked back I thanked her very much for helping me and then I told her for nothing because she was still helping yet another person. Got home gave my wife what she needed got in the bag I'll be damned if I only got half of what I purchased unbelievable. Call back very upset finally got hold of electronics after waiting in eternity kept getting hung up on had to call back call back call back. When I did finally get a hold of her it's a young lady that didn't want to help me the first time walked away and helped other customers even though she said she was going to meet me there right away and answer the phone and I'm asking for a manager. She asked me if I wanted to store manager or the electronics manager or if she could help me I post taste said absolutely not You're the one that I'm complaining about. She told me hold on she'll get somebody next thing I know a security guard is answering the phone telling me not to yell at this point I was not yelling but now I'm very upset and she said I was cussing absolutely was not cussing I certainly know how but I did not cuss or was not cussing very upset and she told me to stop yelling at the there is no electronics manager and that the store manager is out and Will not be back till later tonight. A store without a manager does this make sense not to me So the security guard wanted me to calm down at this point I am not going to come down I was calm before I talk to her before she lied to me and told me she was getting her manager but I am not going to talk to a security guard that with no authority to do anything. After I finally wait in line again and get my money back for the things that I was was not in the bag I will never go to Target electronics again

The reason I give this Target 5 stars is because of my experience with Evan. He was great and very helpful with all my questions I had about a gadget. He took his time, didn't rush, and was informative.
