I rented a two-axle four-tire vehicle transport trailer. The front passenger side tire was more worn than the others. We had a blowout traveling down a busy 4-lane interstate during rush hour. It completely set us back a half day in our journey. Otherwise, things went well. The equipment functioned normally as expected. The U-haul employees I interacted with were friendly and fast.

Very expensive and dishonest service, no human interaction from. I rented a van on Saturday at Postal Annex office 1553 in Santa Clara and due the traffic wasn't able to return it at 4.30pm. I called the employee and explain that I am about half an hour late and I can leave the van next to the office where the another vans are located. He ask me to bring the van Monday morning because Sunday his day off and then charged me as much as possible for his weekend referring to following instructions.I highly don't recommend this office and this service!

Great! Easy to confirm a space. It was clean and I didn't see any bugs or rodents. I'll follow up if that changes.

I rented a trailer for less than 2 hours and was charged for 3 days. This was a deliberate attempt to overcharge me. Luckily I double checked the final invoice.

I can't get in to my unit with my card or the app or the access code, the QR code for 24 hour access doesn't work, and despite having multiple signs on the wall outside stating you can get "24/7 access" YOU CAN'T!! I cannot access my things or my child's diapers or clothes. Now I have to go buy things I don't need because I can't access my own things. I am beyond frustrated!! Especially given the OBSCENE prices charged for storage. Oh, and the "around town" pricing for the trucks is a straight up LIE. I rented a truck for less than 24 hours and drove it a grand total of 14 MILES, and it was OVER ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS. Additionally, the access doors on the side have had wood over them for weeks+ rendering them useless half the time, and the bathroom is consistently out of order. If I had it to do over again, I would find somewhere else!!!

This is no doubt my worst experience of all time, I have my whole day packed, and I reserve a truck pick up at 6:30, I arrive around 6:10 and now it’s 7:40 I am still waiting. They need me to take a photo of my leasing documents to rent a uhaul ( which no one said it or reminded me before). WHO would bring their leasing document with them for uhaul rental????? Whole thing is F scam! Couldn’t been worse!

The worst Uhaul location ever. Try to avoid renting or reserving from this place at all costs. I have had 3 back to back worst instances and messed up all my plans.There are many other locations nearby where staff is nice and will take care of you!

Came in close to closing to purchase some boxes and the woman named Lizeth was incredibly rude to the customers not only in front of me but also rolled her eyes when I got up to pay. Ridiculous, put on a fake smile for customers at the very least!!

Best Uhal location that I've been to! I almost went to the one closer to my house, but it was worth paying for the extra few miles! We were confused on part of our return of our van rental, but Angie was incredibly patient with us and talked us through the details. Overhearing the few customers in front of us, I could tell that this 1st of the month on a holiday weekend was proving to be a stressful day, but even though we were near closing time, Angie was energetic, incredibly attentive, and made sure that we were well taken care of!Overall, I was very impressed by how organized and well maintained the lot and store is. There were a lot of well placed and useful items to purchase, and plan to get all my moving supplies here next time! The place was spotless! I was also surprised to get someone on the phone so quickly when I called to make changes to my reservation. In less than 2 minutes everything was taken care of and my pick up went very smoothly. When I arrived, I was feeling a little bit dizzy from the heat and the long drive, the person helping me out noticed my discomfort and brought me a bottle of water. This was so kind and helped me feel better. When checking out, everything was explained to me clearly, and I felt confident that I had the best price and value for my purchase. The staff here is so customer oriented I felt like I was checking into a hotel instead of picking up a rental van! They sincerely care about the quality of work and it shows that they take pride in their workplace. I think this speaks to the quality of management, and great skills and personalities of the team members at this location!

I went to pick up a trailer at this location. And Andrew helped me. My lights were reversed for the turn signals. And he stopped what he was doing and fixed it for me. Absolute professional. Andrew showed what customer service is all about. I don't see it in most businesses anymore but Andrew is a shining star for U-Haul..

This place is horrible. I have had to go there quite frequently in the past few months, and the experience every time is not great. I have almost gotten into fights, there is almost always crazy people there, and the parking to go into the storage portion is badly marked and not regulated. People just park wherever they can fit most of the time blocking other people. I'm clearing my stuff out and will not be back. The "security system" is a joke, by the way.

Couldn't provide the truck at the location I was promised when I personally reserved it. Had to go to this location using Uber. Lots of confusion around my reservation even with reservation number. Guy told me the incorrect information with regard returning truck with fuel in the tank. He SAID return with exactly the amount it has, which was 35 miles and I returned with 41 miles!!!! UHaul charges me for gasoline, I am furious about all of this misinformation. Complete incompetence. UHAUL, you don't deserve my follow up business!!!!!!

There was a difficult couple being helped by the next agent. My agent kept trying to help which delayed me from getting out of there faster. That is the reason for a 4 instead of 5 star rating.

Really shady practices. They mailed my *parents* a last notice warning claiming they were about to possess my wife's unit (because the card on file had been cancelled) without so much as a call or email to rectify the situation first.Trying to get the situation fixed over the phone was unnecessarily long and involved as well. Do Not Recommend.

The place is good for storage, the only thing I can say is the alarm system on the units is very annoying. You are supposed to slide your card to turn off your unit but a lot of people don’t so the alarms inside go off all the time and nobody does anything about it. Very noisy for no reason and the alarm is right at ear level. Why have alarms when they do nothing but annoy people.
