Are very friendly. If you use the pharmacy, they are friendly & competent. Considering the corporate management on staffing, this store manages to do the best they can. All the staff work hard and are very friendly. Please be courteous.

What's up with the nutty cashier who lost it and told me she hates her job because she lost her $100k a year job at Google. You cant have your cashiers screaming in anger because they got fired from Google. Get rid of her and send her across the parking lot to Carl's Junior.

These people are couldn't be more lazy and clueless about their jobs and are great at wasting time just to gain a paycheck. I’ll give you my 2 cents which is more than one. I waited in their drive through in my car for 2 hours for the lady to walk around for 5 minutes after talking to me just to tell me my drugs wasn't ready or even checked for the script signature and it would take another hour to fill. She signed me up for text message alerts which didn't help by the way. After 3 hours of nothing I went back waited in line for another 35 minutes and then when I got to the window this dude took my information and walked around for another 5 minutes again! There is a window so you can see everyone and where they were going and they are not invisible. The original lady came back and said it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday instead of the half an hour she originally told me. This is not the first time this has happened. Go anywhere else. Gezs Christ this store needs a clean out!

Scheduled for two specific vaccines. When I went there they didn't have them. Employee at the pharmacy counter said I needed to call to make sure, even though I scheduled it with them on their website for those vaccines at the specific time I showed up.

This place is horribly understaffed. You can tell they hire people who have no idea how to work or give customer service. That poor pharmacist is running around like a crazy person. Maybe close the location?

This pharmacy has has a great parking space. Our experience with the pharmacy department was awesome. The pharmacists were very courteous to their patients from checking in to answering questions. They are so busy but we never heard noises and shouts like I have heard in other Walgreens locations. They do their job silently and that brings a cheerful mood as you stand in the line for prescription watching them. These are some of the things the other Walgreens around the locality should learn from. One of the things that they could improve here would be to space out storage carts that the employees use to load up the racks. These carts block each and every space in most of the aisles and the walkways hindering customer movement. Also, the employees in the cashier desks could show some smile and courteousness while handling the checkout process.

Very rude and disrespectful staff and manager. Avoid this place.Booked a Covid vaccine and flu shot via Walgreens and got confirmed. When I drives 30 mins here and showed them my confirmation email, they said they don’t have it in their system and cannot do it. They said they do not represent Walgreens and it’s Walgreen’s website fault.We tried to figure out what’s happening and how to prevent this from happening to us again. But the manager is very rude and made it sound like our fault for making an appointment with them, and asked us to leave.Never saw such a bad customer experience and have already filed a complaint to Walgreens.

We went to this store for Covid vaccine and had a terrible experience. The staff was not professional . We had been left waiting for more than 30 minutes. When we asked if we could be checked in, the lady became impatient and even rudely asked us to leave. I was shocked and upset by her attitude. I then spoke to the store manager. The manager just kept saying it was a misunderstanding and miscommunication, and made me feel like it was my fault. She didn’t even say a single word “sorry” for wasting a lot of our time. I reported it to the Walgreens customer service. Hopefully, they can improve their customer experience.

I took a passport photo today at this store. The photo quality and resolution is very low. They do not provide digital photo. After I scanned it with 1200*1200 resolution, I decide not to use it. The stuff is nice. But the camera is very small. Looks like from many years ago. It waste time and money. Not recommend photographic service.

Went this morning 10/20/2022 to do a purchase and the girl there has the worst attitude anyone can encounter!! With that type of attitude, she shouldn’t even be working there. You should put her back in the stock room where she has no contact with customers. Or maybe just fire her!!!

I've been going to this location for years. Extremely polite, respectful, and knowledgeable pharmacy technicians. However, the sales people on the floor always seem sad and depressed but they do their job and they never bothered me until tonight. I went to this location tonight and had trouble finding an item. I asked for help and a not very nice sales person helped me finding it although he gave me the feeling that I bothered him. I went to cashier to pay. The cashier told the 1st customer in line that she couldn't help her because her manager said so. They started talking back and fort. The two ladies who were between me and the male customer got involved as to why he couldn't pay for his stuff. All of the sudden the floor manager, the same person whom I asked for help earlier, came and started yelling at him and asking him to leave the store, he asked why and he said because I'm not your dog. I asked the customer in front of me about what was going on. She said that the customer waited about 5 minutes and as he couldn't see anyone around, he raised his arms and clapped his hands and called for a cashier! He apparently did so not knowing in which isles were the sales people and that didn't go right with the manager. The two ladies were telling the manager that he was not a good manager because he needed to calm down and treat the customer with respect. He then yelled even louder and said you two can leave too! Anyway I asked that customer to give me his stuff and I paid for them. I was ready for the manager to come back and try to stop the transaction and he luckily didn't!I work in a customer service business and I have experienced way worse than clapping hands in the air but I always remained calm. I always knew how to defuse the situation and not to escalate it further. I believe this guy either had an extreme bad day or he is just rude! All the customers in the store were shocked by his overreaction! Not acceptable at all!

Walked down to local Walgreens today. signs said Closed until further notice!!! What the heck is going on. Tried to call and got some lady that I couldn't understand half of what she was saying......

These people are absolutely clueless and are great at wasting time. I’ll give you my experience which has happened more than once. I waited in their drive thru for 45 minutes for the lady to walk around for 15 minutes after talking to me just to tell me my medication isn’t ready and it would take 30 minutes to fill. She signed me up for text message alerts. After 4 hours of nothing I went back waited in line for another 45 minutes and then when I got to the window this dude took my information and walked around for another 15 minutes again! There is a window so you can see everyone, they are not invisible. The original lady came back to the window and said it wouldn’t be ready until Monday instead of the 30 minutes she originally told me. This is not the first experience like this. Go anywhere else. Time is valuable!
