I like this store, customer service always is wonderful!. Sometimes I found very good deals. Pharmacists are very helpful and kind even so most of the time are very busy.I like shopping at this store is like a toy store, I love what they have and I like to check out what new things they have.

Considering it's a Rite-Aid, it's one of the most pleasant organized ones I've ever remembered visiting. And I haven't been to one in a decade at least. Getting the COVID vaccination appointment here turned out to be a godsend during the mad crush that unfolded when availability opened last year. I was low-key upset my own HMO couldn't book me in unless I was willing to head to inconvenient or scary parts of CA. But Rite-Aid saved the day yeaay. Rewarded myself for getting vaccinated:. ice cream time. Now.. I very rarely eat that anymore, but it had been like eons since having any, and this being a weird time in existence and I could keel over and die for any reason plus I didn't know if I'd ever be returning to a Rite-Aid....... Yes I make excuses for having ice cream. Thrifty ice cream still exists (double yeaay) so they had a counter here with of course the sweet sweet unique cylindrical scooping gadget. I chose a scoop each of the Black Cherry and the Pistachio, which looked and tasted great, especially the Pistachio, wonderfully chock full of nuts. Don't know about other locations but this Rite-Aid in Santa Clara is great, from layout to staff, I couldn't have wished for a nicer experience in a stressful time. The drugstore company has been struggling for a while, but I honestly hope it survives so everyone can still enjoy the quality, fun and nostalgia of Thrifty ice cream.

I came by to pick up an at-home COVID-19 test a few days ago. I'm fully aware that the time I had to go pick one up was during a time when they are especially sought after, but I called a few days ahead and was told that they were getting an order that day and to come by in the morning. I showed up less than 5 minutes after the store opened and was told by another customer in the parking lot that they had just sold out, saying they saw people leaving with shopping bags full of tests. I went inside and the poor stressed out cashier informed me that the district manager told them NOT to limit the amount of tests sold to one person and "if someone wants to buy 18 then let them because (the district manager) doesn't care". I reassured the cashier that I understood completely that he wasn't to blame, even though clearly people had been taking it out on him and the rest of the staff when they were just trying to do their jobs (and you just knew they were going to be taking it from customers all day, after all, they had just opened). I think it's absolutely disgusting that the DM allowed this to happen. And if this decision went further up and was a company policy on the matter, that's even more shameful. We're in a pandemic, in case you needed reminding, and people everywhere are getting sick. Allowing selfish hoarders to take the entire stock the minute you open your doors is disgraceful and I'm very disappointed in this visit, and with Rite Aid as a company. Also, making the workers take the heat from dissatisfied customers all day because of these practices is just plain wrong. Do better. Much better.

All Rite Aids are supposed to be enforcing masks for all customers. Entered store to have my child vaccinated and this location is not enforcing their own company's policy. I asked a pharmacist why not and got a shrug and she said she didn't know what the policy was. Checker had his mask down below his nose.

I feel like this is an elite Rite Aid. Super clean, staff are friendly, and most importantly the pharmacy is super dependable and amazingly fast at filling my prescription.

A pharmacist at this location is extremely rude. I called with a simple question about my needs and when I followed up to clarify what would be covered, she did not want to be bothered and hung up on me when I was in the middle of speaking. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere, especially when your health is involved.

Everytime we come in and a specific employee is working she has the WORST attitude. She is selective with who she tells "rules" to. She seems to let american people pass and do as they please but has an issue with hispanics as well as the way she speaks to us. She rings us up with attitude throwing our items around purposely smashing our chips shoving our items at us. She never greets us, never thanks us, never wishes us a good day we live directly across the street and it used to be convenient to come here, but since her demeanor and attitude is constantly the same it isn't a "having a bad day" type thing we will begin making the trip down the street to the walgreens instead. If you guys have a customer service course I highly recommend she take it, if she doesn't like being in retail I suggest she find a new profession because customer service is far from her calling.

The white cashier had a disgusting attitude, such a bitchy tone in her voice, she was very rude. She greeted all the white customers and had a nasty attitude with me. The unpleasant person helped me today July was 11 around 1, I hope she isn't the manger of this place, Bc that would be unfortunate. Hope this review is taken serious. ALSO SHE SHOULD BE WEARING A MASK INSTEAD OF BREATHING ALL OVER THE PRODUCTS, IF EVERYONE HAS TO WEAR A MASK SO DOES SHE

Great location! As in, the staff at this store have been great! Always, most accommodating. Dare I say, social. The employees' kindness, sincerity, caring, and friendliness are always a welcome addition to my day. Our 4-year old loves the ice cream. Keep up the good work, and thank you! We appreciate your service, especially during trying times like these (speaking of the pandemic).

Pharmacist Deip is a sweetheart and all other staff were friendly here. I found this branch to be clean, well stocked, and the employees to be competent and helpful. As good as any rite aid I've been to

Bad customer service and return policy, bought a fan which stopped working in 3 weeks, went to the store to return it but didn't have my receipt I thought I was buying a good product so I threw it away, the lady didn't want to exchange it because of that, I told they had my rewards email for the purchase and the card I used to pay, she still would not exchange it, at the end I told her to just throw it away I wasn't taking it back home that junk fan overheats

I come here mainly for their pharmacy. The pharmacy staffs here have been helpful and friendly. The first time I came here, the pharmacist went the extra mile to call the other pharmacy to transfer my prescription. It was difficult to reach someone at the other pharmacy, but they knew that I needed the medication sooner, so they kept calling and faxing the requests. In the meantime, they also called me to update me with the status; I was able to go back on the same day to get my medication. Furthermore, they always are willing to show me where the over-the-counter medicines are when I ask (with friendly attitude). However, the staffs at the register at Rite Aid aren't always nice. First of all, they always charge the KidCents without informing us. The first time when they did that, my husband asked what that is; the staff gave us a weird look and said "kidcents" (as we can't read that word on the receipt myself). Then we asked what "kidcents" is, she said "help kids in need". Well, since we didn't really know which community/organization the donation goes to, we asked if they can take that off. The staff didn't say a word to us, she picked up the phone to call the manager; when the manager came, she just said "they don't want to donate". Oh, and we didn't get a "thank you" either. Other times we came here, we had seen the staffs using their cell phone, talking on the phone, and chatting with the customers when knowing they had other customers waiting in line. I would still come here for their pharmacy, but I will avoid buying anything else here so that I don't need to deal with their staffs at the Rite Aid register.
