This was my first time buying a car. The first two lots I visited had salespeople that tried the hard sell (one almost worked) and the experience was very discouraging. I wasn't too optimistic about the process until visiting Bill at Bayside Auto. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent (which was very unexpected). After I found the car I wanted, Bill made the rest of the buying process very enjoyable and easy for me. Added bonus he added a 6-month warranty on a used car that gave me great peace of mind. I couldn't recommend Bill and Laura at Bayside highly enough. I will definitely be buying from them again!
