This is a super awesome arcade! Very reminiscent of the classic 90's arcades. But with a more modern twist! I would highly recommend it!

Nice place adjoining the Santa Cruz boardwalk. Houses a pirate themed 2 storied mini golf, arcade games, etc. Fun place for kids and families. Reasonably priced. Easy access to the beach and food outlets.

I really enjoy going here. It brings back all the feels from I was just a kid visiting here to bringing my two daughters here over the years for family fun. Today we celebrate our youngest daughter's High School Graduation here! At the boardwalk and a trip to Neptune's Kingdom!!! It may be busy, but at the same time, It's so relaxing and filled with people having a good time! My family and I enjoy visiting.

Fun place to go play some mini golf with the family. Prices for mini golf were fair. Parking is a nightmare and too expensive. I recommend finding a spot on the side streets which have metered parking but bring lots of quarters as they don't except any other change and it's pricey but cheaper than the $20 parking lot fee.

Fantastic place. My family enjoyed this indoor mini golf course. Fun for all ages. We really liked the glow in the dark area the most. Only reason not a 5 star review because it was too many people waiting seemingly pressuring you to hurry up and make your shot and keep moving. I recommend.

Such a great Mini Golf Place. The glow in the dark section is always a kid pleaser. The cannons that shoot off smoke are also great. Animated pirates and setting off the dynamite on the 18th hole. Serious silly fun. It's my favorite thing to do on the boardwalk. The arcade is great too with some low price classics and some newer games as well. Smiles all around every time!

Wow, despite the pandemic going on, I'm glad that Neptune's Kingdom is still around :') My partner and I had fond memories coming here during university days, despite being broke and hardly able to afford playing a lot of the arcade games and snacks offered here. It felt different being able to come into Neptune's Kingdom with less worry about finances and more excitement and freedom about what to play in the arcade! Needless to say, we spent a good 3 hours on the coin spitting game. I wish I knew what the name was, but at the same time, I didn't lol. That machine ate a Benjamin from my partner and I. We had a goal of collecting the entire character set of The Wizard of Oz...and guess what... we did!! But at what cost...LOL. It was so fun to be kids again and enjoy some normalcy in life :') it was also nice to see people out and about enjoying arcade games. Almost felt like the world wasn't going through a pandemic during that short trip we had at the Boardwalk. I'm coming for ya Toto and Tin Man! Until next time, Neptune's Kingdom!

What an absolute blast! $10 gets you 18 holes, and a ton of fun to be had! I'm a bit biased because I've always loved pirates, but this place is very well done in the sense of the theme and all of the decor surrounding the area. The two story miniature golf course and the lighthouse elevator are both really fun touches.Didn't try the arcade for myself personally, so I can't say what works and what doesn't, but everything appeared to be in working order with all of the colorful flashing lights and arcade sounds. They have a lot of brand new games and old classics alike !Can't wait to come back again !!

Arcade and mini golf on the boardwalk, the building itself is an important part of Santa Cruz history and I like how the second story has a small wall, preserving old photos and stories to keep them from becoming ghosts of the past. Used to be called the Natatorium, or the "Plunge", was a pool filled with salt water that was pumped in from the Monterey Bay, then heated for bathing comfort. There were once acrobatic water shows here and demonstrations by Duke Kahanamoku who popularized surfing and whose statue you've seen in Oahu and Huntington Beach. There is a small aisle that has old boardwalk games like fortune telling and strength testing. There is even an old-timey peep show of a swimsuit girl wearing much more clothes you'll see just walking down the boardwalk. The largest feature is a pirate themed 18 while indoor golf course which is perfect to burn time in sunny or rainy weather. It's two stories with an elevator you can ride up in the middle. There are modern games on the first floor. Second has billiards and pinball.

A great mini golf course. So nostalgic... Used to come here all the time when I was little. Meant to go before the shut down but never had the chance. Went last weekend and had a blast. Super fun at night with the lights. And if you dont talk like a Pirate while in here... Are you really having a great time? Shot 8 over too. my best golf score ever! Cant wait to play again!

By far, the best mini golf course I've ever done! It's not challenging at all but the animatronics and all the details and decor make it absolutely fun! I especially liked the holes that were in the dark and the one with the wheel to spin (I had to close my eyes for my 1st swing!). I came when it was crowded and everyone patiently waited for other groups to finish their rounds, and the vibe was lovely. I will admit there were no young kids though. Overall, I highly recommend this spot! Pros: - inexpensive! - glow in the dark club and balls - super detailed and animated - cute date idea Cons: - stairs might be hard for some - uneven terrain might be difficult to navigate for some
