The mechanics are knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, nonjudgmental, and kind. They provide solid, down-to-earth, helpful, and detail-oriented maintenance and service, showing great attention to detail. The shop is known for going above and beyond, often working late or on short notice to turn repairs around the same day. They thoroughly inspect bikes, clearly explain necessary work, and communicate repairs effectively. Customers feel safe knowing their bike is being worked on by the best, who can do anything and are highly recommended.
EXCELLENT. 5 STARS. I was stranded and they took the time to connect me with a towing solution, and also stayed very late to fix my bike and get it back on the road the same night, so that I would have to get a hotel.

This shop has always taken excellent care of me. The professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness between Reed and the other mechanics shows in their work. I feel safe knowing that my bike is being worked on by the best of the best. These guys can do anything!
