I visited this salon a few weeks ago for a haircut and wanted to give it some time to settle before forming an opinion. Unfortunately, the cut has not improved with time and is far from what I requested. I communicated clearly that I did not want a traditionally feminine or puffy style, but what I received was a very short, uneven cut that doesn’t reflect what I asked for at all. It makes the back of my head look awful.
One side is visibly shorter than the other by about half an inch, making it extremely difficult to style. As someone with an androgynous style, I was especially careful in describing what I wanted, but that was not reflected in the final result. At this point, the only way to fix it would be to cut it even shorter, which is not ideal.
If you're looking for a salon that’s attentive to specific style preferences or offers alternative and gender-affirming cuts, this may not be the best fit. I hope this feedback is helpful for both the stylists and potential clients

Fendi is my go to girl who ALWAYS makes my visions come to reality 😍 She is very thorough during the consultation and asks all the right questions to get the full picture of what you really want. Everyone is always so friendly and I’m so happy every time I leave her chair ❤️

Hairstylist said she had a helper helper ended up doing everything while hairstylist left then came back to take over what's left which was remove toner . I would have liked the professional to do it that's why I went there but I didn't know her helper that was barely learning & was going to do it all !!! Long story short didn't get what I paid for $350 not worth it not satisfied ! And instead of correcting it or asking if happy she decides to charge me more I would have said I'll fix it with no problem. It's like getting anything else done nails lashes brows lips you want to leave satisfied!Customer always has to be happy !I've seen better results I thought I could trust process here but end up seeing I can't !!! Avoid rox* Ps . Manager responded wanted me to go in said no charge messaged him end up saying $100 charge exactly what first stylist said no thanks I'm not paying 450$ for something I did not like and top damage it more when it could Been corrected that day . Also she had my DAUGHTER go and buy something from sally ti apply the day before 🤦♀️learned a lesson !

Came to this salon for the good reviews. Destiny was nice but I never had a worse haircut. Barely washed my hair. I asked for wispy skinny pieces of long bangs to fall on my face. I got thick bangs I can’t even put behind my ear. Looks more like a mullet. Even when she “styled” my hair, both sides where unevenly curled and I had to ask her to fix it more than once. I will never go back.

This place is the best, very cute and clean! Everyone is so nice and genuinely care! Dianna gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! She was very careful and made sure we were on the same page. She would show me how much she was trimming before she would take it off. I’ve never had a stylist be so patient and thorough.

I got so lucky that Karli had a last-minute cancellation and was able to fit me in just a few days before my birthday. I came in needing a color correction and some lowlights, and she truly worked her magic—I walked out with my dream hair and a huge boost of confidence! 💇♀️✨
Not only is Karli incredibly skilled, but she also creates such a welcoming and thoughtful experience. Her workstation is super cute and cozy, and I loved that she even had a personalized welcome sign waiting for me. It’s the little touches like that that really set her apart. I can't recommend her enough—thank you, Karli!
